What follows is a transcript of a 45 minute lecture that I at-
tended on 11-17-89 at the "Whole Life Expo." in Los Angeles,
California. Speaking was Mr. Milton William Cooper who I first
became acquainted with through a text file I downloaded from a
local computer BBS. The file dealt with the subject of UFO's and
our government's concealment of the truth about them in such a
way that it made a lasting impression on me, which is why I
attended his lecture; to learn more. Please forgive my probable
misspelling of some of the proper names in the transcript which
follows and allow that I have taken it as best I could, word-
for-word, from a less than acceptable micro-cassette recording.
If you are as moved by what you are about to read as I was in
hearing it first hand, I ask that you please spread it as far
and wide as possible. Upload it to every BBS in your reach and
please, don't change anything. Also, please give considerable
thought to Mr. Cooper's suggestions as to what we all can do to
see that this information is confirmed by our government to make
them stop what they are up to.

"For those of you who don't know who I am, I was raised in a
military family. My family, my ancestors, since they came to
this country, have been government people. We have served in the
military, we have been patriots, we have fought in all the wars,
we care about this country and believe in the constitution of
the United States. We know, as many people don't know, that the
Constitution of the United States of America IS the United
States of America! And that's why we've always been ready ...to
do the things needed ...to preserve and protect it."
"When I left home I went into the Air Force, the Strategic Air
Command. As a child I'd heard stories from my father and pilots,
other pilots, my father was a pilot, about Foo Fighters, UFO's,
strange craft that were not made on this Earth. And as a kid,
you hear that in passing, and it's neat, and you giggle about
it, and you go out and play "Space Man", and you forget it."
"When I was in the Air Force I met men who had participated in
alien crashed-craft recoveries. Now this intrigued me, it in-
terested me, but it was usually after quite a few bottles of
beer that these stories would come out, and sometimes the next
morning I couldn't remember what the heck the guy said."
"When I left the Air Force I went into the Navy, and this is
where everything began to happen for me. I had originally inten-
ded to just go from service to service and do something that
very few people have ever done before. I was a very adventurous,
very crazy ...young man, and I thought that that would be a
pretty exciting life. I volunteered for submarines, and while on
the submarine U.S.S. Tyroot, SS-416, on a transit between the
Portland/Seattle area and Pearl Harbor, which was our home port;
the Pearl Harbor sub base, as the port lookout I saw a craft,
saucer-shaped, the size of a Midway class carrier, aircraft
carrier, for those of you who don't know how big that is; it's
huge, come up out of the water approximately 2 1/2 nautical
miles off the port bow, which is about 45 degrees to the left of
the pointy end of the submarine. It tumbled slowly on its own
axis, and went up into the clouds. It appeared to be moving
slowly to me at a distance of 2 1/2 nautical miles, but in
reality it was moving pretty fast because it came up out of the
water, did a few tumbles and it was gone!"
"I then reported it to the officer of the deck. I didn't tell
him what it was that I saw because my Daddy didn't raise no
fools and in case nobody else saw it I didn't want to be the
only looney onboard the ship. So I asked the officer of the deck
to help me cover that area, and he did, which is common for of-
ficers and lookouts to help each other while on bridge watch be-
cause they all hang together if something bad happens. After a
few seconds of watching, the same craft, or another craft exact-
ly like it, came down out of the clouds, tumbled again on its
own axis, and went into the water. Ensign Ball, who was the of-
ficer of the deck, was literally shocked! What could I say? Sea-
man Dejeralimo, who was the starboard lookout, had also witnes-
sed this, and ensign Ball called the captain to the bridge who
was followed by the chief quartermaster who brought a 35MM cam-
era.
We watched for between 7 and 10 minutes the same craft,
different craft that looked exactly alike, enter and leave
the water. It was an incredible show. I don't know if they knew
we were there, or if they even cared, but the craft did not
glow, they were metal, they were machines without a doubt, they
were obviously intelligently guided, they were HUGE, and having
been in the Air Force and the Navy and knowing what it takes, I
knew without a doubt, and know it today, that that machine was
not made on the face of this Earth. Because there's nothing that
man can make, that can fly through the air at a speed like that,
tumble on its own axis, and enter the water and effectively fly
beneath the sea."
"If you've ever been aboard an airplane and then gone aboard a
submarine, I know there's probably some of you in this room who
have visited a submarine at one time or another, you can readily
see just without even any of the technicalities involved how
difficult such a thing would be to do. Where would it be built,
that size? It was absolutely incredible. It changed my life
because then all the stories that I'd heard all my life I knew
were true, and I began seeing the world in a different light."
"It wasn't long after that I was trained by Naval security in
intelligence. I was sent to Viet Nam. I was assigned as a patrol
boat captain, first in DaNang harbor, given a crew, given a
multi-million dollar patrol boat. My job was to gather intel-
ligence from the people who lived around the harbor and the
fishermen who transited the harbor, and maintain the safety and
security of the harbor and the shipping. After about 5-months I
was sent up North to the DMZ, to a place called Qua Vieaf [sp],
on the Tacan [sp] river. Our base camp was at the river mouth.
We were only 3-miles South of the North Vietnamese border and
our job was to patrol the Tacan river from the river mouth to
Dang Ha [sp], and then up the Quang Tree [sp] cutoff to Quang
Tree city, again to get to know the people on the bank, gather
intelligence, and to patrol every night and maintain the safety
and security of the river and the river traffic."
"It was while there that I discovered that there was a tremen-
dous amount of UFO and alien activity in Viet Nam. It was always
reported in official messages as `enemy helicopters.' Now any of
you who know anything about the Viet Nam war know that the North
Vietnamese did not have any helicopters, especially after our
first couple of air raids into North Viet Nam. Even if they had
they would not have been so foolish as to bring them over the
DMZ because that would have insured their demise. Our troops
were fired on occasionally by these `enemy helicopters,' enemy
troops were fired on occasionally by these `enemy helicopters,'
and occasionally people would disappear. And on one instance
that I know for sure at least one entire village disappeared one
night due to alien activity. The reason they used the term
`enemy helicopters' in messages and dispatches was that in Viet
Nam you could be overrun at any time, no matter where you where.
They did not bring crypto encoding equipment into Viet Nam, I'm
talking about the machinery. What we did is we had crypto tab-
les, and once we every 24-hours those codes would be no good. So
that's what we used.
We also, because of the inability to use crypto
transmitting equipment, had to devise code words such as `enemy
helicopters.'"
"When I left Viet Nam I was eventually attached to the head-
quarters staff of the Commander in Chief of the United States
Pacific Fleet at Macalappa, [sp] Hawaii, which is a little hill
overlooking Pearl Harbor, it's a beautiful white building up
there, and I was specifically attached to the Intelligence
Briefing Team of the Commander in Chief of the United States
Pacific Fleet."
"It was during this tour of duty that, in the course of my
duties, documents were placed in my hands that were so unbeliev-
able and so incredible that it took me quite a while to adjust
to the fact that what I was seeing was real. Now for those of
you who don't understand how I could come to see this informa-
tion let me give you a little short course in security clearance
and "the need to know" and how you get to see classified infor-
mation if you're in the military or in the government, it does-
n't matter which, the rules are the same."
"Number one you need a security clearance, and you've got to
have clearance at the level that the information you want to see
is classified at. In this instance it was classified `Top Sec-
ret, Magic, Restricted Information,' which I came to find out
later is the highest security classification in the Nation. To
get that type of clearance, all you have to have is a Federal
Bureau of Investigation background check, which takes about six
months and they send federal agents to your home, to your old
schools, to all your teachers, to your friends, to everybody you
put down on your security clearance forms, to all your old ad-
dresses, your neighbors, everybody that you've worked for, and
it's embarrassing because they don't tell them what they're
checking on. They just show them their identification and start
asking questions and that's when you find out who's your friend
and who's not, because a lot of people get scared and think,
`Bill just robbed a bank and I'm not talkin' to him anymore.'"
"Now once you get that it's called a `B.I.' and for those of
you who have received a copy of my service record look on the
first page, the DD-214 where it says `Security Clearance,' you
will see the term `B.I.' That's a `Bureau of Investigation'
clearance. Now at that point, you have the clearance for every-
thing including Top Secret and above. What determines what you
get to see is your need to know, and the job that you have de-
termines what your need to know is."
"I was assigned to the Intelligence Briefing Team of the Com-
mander in Chief of the United States Pacific Fleet, who had to
know everything concerning his area of operations which was one-
half of the Earth's surface; the Indian ocean, the Pacific
ocean, and all the land masses in between. Believe it or not, if
we go to war, if we ever go to war, it's the United States Navy
that strikes the first blow and attempts to keep the enemy at
bey while we can get ourselves together, at least historically.
Nuclear weapons have kind of done away with that concept, but
military commanders like to talk about it anyway."
"Because of this, and you have no conception of the amount of
material and information that an area commander has to know,
it's unbelievable, and he has to keep track of this, he has to
keep on top of it. He has to know what's happening, he has to
make the right decisions. Because it's almost humanly impossible
for anyone to do that, they have what's called a briefing team,
and it's our job to make sure that he has the correct informa-
tion, all the time, on a 24-hour basis. And every morning, be-
tween 8 and 9 AM, we would give a briefing which covered every-
thing that happened in the previous 24-hours, and everything
scheduled to happen in the next 24-hours, and all the pertinent
intelligence reports that we had received since the last brief-
ing that he needed to know and that his staff members needed to
know. Occasionally we would get messages marked `Top Secret,
Magic, Restricted Information,' and it would be coded in such a
way that all you had were answers to questions which you didn't
know what the questions were so you really didn't know what the
message was all about."
"But eventually I found myself in possession, holding two
documents; one called `Project Grudge,' another one called `Op-
eration Majority.' Project Grudge contained the history of alien
involvement since around 1936, and it began talking about
Germany's involvement with a crashed-disk that they had reco-
vered in 1936 and were attempting to duplicate the technology.
They were not successful despite what all these Nazi hunters
want to tell you. If they had been successful, we would not have
won the war, because you cannot beat those weapons! You cannot
outfly those craft, you can't even think about it with conven-
tional aircraft. If Germany had been successful, we would now
have a German flag up in front of this podium."
"They did make some headway. When we went into Punta Mundy
[sp] we captured documents, we got some scientists, we got some
hardware. The Russians also got some documents, some scientists,
and some hardware. It wasn't until 1947 that we were able to
capture a craft, a whole craft, not all together but it was
everything. And that occurred near the city of Roswell, New
Mexico. There were dead aliens recovered from the craft. In Pro-
ject Grudge I saw photographs of these dead aliens, of the
craft, I saw photographs of live aliens, I saw photographs of
autopsies, internal organs, I saw photographs of the alien des-
ignated `E.B.'[or Ebe] which was held in captivity from 1949 un-
til June the 2nd, 1952 when he died. I saw the history of what
they had been able to at that time put together, from incidents
in the 1800's which involved aliens and their craft."
"I saw the names of projects. I saw a project that was to fly
recovered alien craft that had been recovered intact and undam-
aged, and some of them were recovered intact and undamaged, and
how that happened I have no idea. It was called `Project Red-
light,' and first was conducted from the Tonopah test range in
the Nevada test sight and then was moved to a specially built
area, ordered built by president Eisenhower, called `Area-51,'
code named `Dreamland,' in the Groom [sp] dry lake area of the
Nevada test sight, by secret executive order. It doesn't exist
officially, if you ask anyone, or if you write letters to the
government they will tell you it doesn't exist.
However if you go out there at several places and
ee it, fly
outside the boundaries and look down and see it, you know it's
there, but according to the government it doesn't exist."
"The project to fly, test fly these craft, was ongoing until
sometime in 1962 when a craft blew up not far from the test
sight, in the air, and the explosion was seen over a three-state
area. The pilots were killed, they had no idea what had happened
or why the craft blew up, but they put Project Redlight on hold
until a later date when the aliens supplied us with 3-craft and
personnel to help us learn how to fly these craft. That project
is ongoing and we now have not only alien craft that we are fly-
ing, we have craft we have built, using the captured technology,
and some of the UFO's that people report seeing in the United
States, and maybe even elsewhere, are flown by United States
personnel."
"That may come as a shock to you. We have technology way be-
yond the limits of what we have been told. A lot of our develop-
ment technologically, since the end of World War II, has been
due to the exchange of technology which occurs in the area
called `Area-51' on a regular basis ...ongoing."
"When James Oberth, professor Oberth retired, many of you
don't know who he is ...not too many space people in here. Pro-
fessor Oberth was probably one of the greatest rocket scientists
and space commentists that ever lived. When he retired, the gov-
ernment gave him a special award, there was a press conference,
all kinds of ceremony, and when he got up to speak he said,
`Gentlemen,' and I quote professor Oberth, he said, `Gentlemen,
we cannot take credit for all the technological developments
that we have had in the last decade. We have had help,' and
that's where he stopped."
"One of the reporters raised his hand and said, `Professor
Oberth, can you tell us what other country helped us?'"
"He said, `It was those little guys from out in space,' and
then he got down and and would not comment any further. Now this
occurred in 1959. I can go on and on but time doesn't allow it."
"I will tell you ladies and gentlemen that there are all kinds
of things going on all the time, we are making rapid progress in
exposing this. Since I have begun talking, people have been com-
ing out of the woodwork at a rapid rate, who know and have
pieces of this puzzle, and are helping us to put it together,
because I don't have all the answers. I saw an awful lot of ma-
terial, I have remembered an awful lot of it, I have probably,
in my remembering, made some mistakes, and I guarantee you
they're minor ones, if I have."
"We have just recently, for those of you who didn't believe
that the Jason Society of the Jason Scholars, the secret group
existed, we now have a letter from the Pentagon, with 51 names
of the Jason Scholars, an admission from the Pentagon that they
hold the highest security clearances in the nation, an admission
from the Pentagon that they hold the protocol rank of Rear Ad-
miral, and are treated as such on any military installation or
in any government office. There are 6 Nobel Prize winners on that
list, there are the elite of the elite of the scientific world,
they are the only ones who really know the truth about the technology
today and about the real science of physics, because the one that
we're being taught all the time... If you send your kids to college
to learn physics you're wasting your money because they're teaching
them stuff that doesn't work, it's not true, it's not real. Gravity
is not what we think it is. There IS a Unified Theory! We already know
what it is, it's what makes these craft work. It's absolutely
incredible what's going on."
"How many of you keep up with Billy Goodman's show on KVEG out
of Las Vegas? For those of you who don't, I would try tuning in
on any night between 10:00 PM and 1:00 AM. It's 840 on your AM
dial, and the subject every night are those subjects that no
other media person in the United States will touch with a 10-
foot pole, every single night except Saturday night. It's the
only show that you can call in and talk to another caller,
you've got 3-minutes to say whatever you want to say as long as
you don't cuss or swear or slander anyone, and every night
they're helping to expose this."
"When John Lear and I first said what was going on out at
Groom Lake everybody said, `You're nuts, there's nothing going
on out at Groom Lake!' The listeners of the Billy Goodman radio
show put together an excursion and went up to Groom Lake and
they all, ever since, every night, they go up there and watch
them test fly the alien craft ...every night! The first night
they had 100 people there. And 100 people saw 4 alien craft fly,
doing things that no airplane and no helicopter can do. Now they
don't tell us anymore that there's nothing happening at Groom
Lake. What they tell us now is there's no such thing as aliens,
it's all government secret projects. That's okay because we'll
prove that wrong too eventually, it just takes awhile. Because
where we WERE ...it's not where we're AT, and I'm really happy
about that."
"Now, if you want to see what's happening right now, keep
watching your movies, keep watching your television commercials,
your alien programs on television, read Whitley Streeper's
`Majestic' which is a part of the contingency plan called `Ma-
jestic' to test the reaction of the population to the presence
of aliens on the Earth. And I have just finished my study of
Whitley Streeper's book `Majestic,' and I'm gonna tell you right
now that most of the documents in there, that he says are fic-
tion, are real documents that came right out of Project Grudge.
It is part of the government's campaign to leak information out
in ways that they can always deny that it's real. There's only
one thing wrong with the information in that book, the stories
of the characters in there I know nothing about. What I'm talk-
ing about are the supposed government documents that he has in
that book. I'm telling you tonight they're real. Those are some
of the same documents that I saw in Project Grudge back between
1970 & 1973, and where we have wondered before, now we know that
Whitley Streeper IS working for the government. And we had a
suspicion anyway because in the front of his book he states that
he got information and was helped by the research team of Moore,
Shanderey, and Friedman. William Moore has publicly admitted on
July the 1st that he is an agent of the United States Government,
and we know that the others are too."
"This is gonna come out, and the reason they're doing it the
way they're doing it is they know eventually you're gonna find
out that it's all true and real. They're desensitizing you so
that you're not shocked, so that there's no collapse of society
as we know it, so that the religious structure doesn't fall to
pieces, so that the stock market doesn't go crazy, because these
were their original fears. Now, there's nothing we can do about
the last one because it's already happened, there will be a seg-
ment of the population that worships the aliens, even though
they're no different than us they're just from somewhere else,
and they may look a little different. They are not gods. But
there are already people worshiping the aliens and they predic-
ted this would happen when they slapped the secret stamp all
over all this stuff."
"You know, there's really nothing wrong with what's been hap-
pening except for 3 things;" [Cooper forgot to mention the 3rd
thing, or was sidetracked, or included it into the 2nd thing.]
Number one, when they decided to keep it secret they needed to
finance it, they couldn't tell the public so they couldn't tell
Congress. They decided to finance it with the sale, importation
and sale, of drugs. Now in the documents that I read, in Opera-
tion Majority, it specifically stated that when George Bush was
the president and CEO of Sapata [sp] Oil, he, in conjunction
with the CIA, organized the first large scale drug importation
into this country from South and Central America by fishing
boat, to the offshore oil platforms of Sapata Oil, and then from
there into the beach, thus bypassing all Customs inspections and
law enforcement inspections of any kind. They are still bringing
in drugs, to a limited extent, in this manner. Another manner is
by CIA contract aircraft which, one of their bases of landing is
Homestead [sp] Air Force Base in Florida. We have affidavits
from air controllers who have vectored the planes in, who have
made sure that they're not interfered with in any way. We have
affidavits from personnel at Homestead Air Force Base who say
the planes have been met by Zeb Bush, who's George Bush's son.
We have affidavits from people who work in the Gulf of Mexico,
in the offshore oil business, that yes indeed, the drugs are
coming in, at least some of them, from the offshore oil plat-
forms."
From the audience came a clear statement, "Just say no?"
"Pardon? ...Right! Just Say No! Well that's what we're gonna
do ladies and gentlemen with your help ...we are going to say
NO, no more! And you gotta do it, you gotta act. You either
gotta act, or watch your country go down the tubes."
"Now, that's one of the things that's wrong. The next thing
that's wrong is, to keep the secret, they killed a lot of people
who tried to leak it out. And if I hadn't done it the way that
I did it, you wouldn't be seeing me anywhere standing or walking
on this Earth now. They killed president Kennedy and during the
workshop, for those of you haven't seen the tape, I will show
you, on the tape, who shot the president and why.
Between '70 and
'73, in Operation Majority it sted verbatim
that President Kennedy ordered MJ-12 to cease the importation and
sale of drugs to the American people, that he ordered them to
implement a plan to reveal the presence of aliens to the American
people within the following year. His assassination was ordered
by the policy committee of the Vilderbergers. MJ-12 implemented
the plan and carried it out in Dallas. It involved agents of the
CIA, Division-5 of the FBI, the Secret Service, and the office
of Naval Intelligence. President Kennedy was killed by the driver
of his car, his name was William Greer, he used a recoilless,
electrically operated, gas-powered assassination pistol that was
specially built by the CIA to assassinate people at close range.
It fired an explosive pellet which injected a large amount of
shellfish poison into the brain, and that is why, in the docu-
ments, it stated that President Kennedy's brain was removed. If
you've studied the case, you will find that indeed his brain
disappeared. The reason for that is so that they would not find
the particles of the exploding pellet or the shellfish poison in
his brain which would have proved conclusively that Lee Harvy
Oswald was NOT the assassin. In fact, Lee Harvy Oswald never
fired a shot, he was the patsy."
Mr. Cooper paused briefly, and a lady in the audience asked
the obvious question, "Why haven't YOU been assassinated?"
"If they were to kill me right now, what would you think?"
Cooper posed.
"That it's the truth," several people chimed.
"I've got `em right where I want `em. If they touch me,
everyone who's ever heard me talk is gonna be absolutely enraged
and is gonna know that everything I've said is true. As long as
they don't touch me there's gonna be some of you who are always
gonna be wondering. But eventually we're gonna bring enough
proof out, and if you're here during the workshop you're gonna
see an awful lot of it that's gonna prove to you that it's true.
It's real. And it's happening!"
"Okay, I've tried to cover a lot of stuff, just briefly, be-
cause there's no time in 45 minutes to get into anything very
much."
Mr. Cooper then announced the scheduled workshop session the
following day in which tangible proofs could be seen but regret-
tably I was unable to attend. He then opened up the floor to
questions and answers.
A muffled question was barely heard coming from the front of
the room which in essence asked, "What about all the people in
the press and others who were in Dallas and who saw the assass-
ination? Couldn't they tell where the shot came from, why didn't
they come forward? There must have been plenty."
"There was, we know that there was at least 18 who were all
murdered within 2-years of the event. The odds of that happening
are 1 in 300,000 trillion," Cooper replied.
 
Again a muffled question, "Why did the DRIVER have to shoot
Kennedy?"
"Because the other fools missed! There were a total of 3-shots
fired at President Kennedy, one hit him in the throat and didn't
kill him and 2 of them hit John Connelly [sp]. The one that was
fired from the grassy knoll hit the president in the throat. The
other 2-shots came from directly behind the limousine, not the
school book depository building, and hit Governor Connelly. Gov-
ernor Connelly, in intelligence community circles, is known as
a `can do' man, because he took 2-hits and still kept his mouth
shut."
"How is it that the driver, sitting on the front, left-hand
side of the car was able to blow off the right side of Kennedy's
rain when the bullet actually entered in, and it would have
been virtually impossible..." another person asked.
Mr. Cooper seized the gist of his question and injected, "For
those of you who have been listening to all these talk show
hosts, whose job it is to be a talk show host, and who have not
done any legitimate research into this, if you come to the work-
shop, I will show you, on the tape, how it was done. You will
see that Kennedy was, in fact slumped over against Jackie, his
head was turned [this direction], it was very simple, it was
easy and you will see it with your own eyes."
Another muffled, off-mike question from a member of the audi-
ence inquiring why no one else had come forward with the infor-
mation Mr. Cooper was disseminating, and why those who knew it
had kept it secret for so long was quickly answered, "It hasn't
been, I'm talkin' about it now. Bill English was talkin' about
it 8-years ago but everybody laughed at Bill English. John
Lear's been talkin' about it for 3-years and everybody laughed
at him. Now there's so many people have been talkin' about it,
people are startin' to listen and it's about time. Because it's
about time we that we quit being fools, and that's exactly what
they think we are and we prove it to them every day."
Almost all of the questions from the audience were to faint to
hear. The next one dealt with the alien technology and asked in
essence, "Hasn't any one else [other than the government] come
up with the energy technology that the aliens have?" to which
Mr. Cooper answered, "There's been quite a few people who've
come up with it and they've ALL been stopped, and they'll all
continue to be stopped. Because once you have it you have FREE
ENERGY. Once you have free energy they no longer have power over
you. You understand? That's why they stop it."
Another question asking, "In the film of the assassination
which was examined greatly by experts, why didn't THEY conclude
that Kennedy's driver shot him?", to which Cooper asked, "Exam-
ined by WHO greatly?", and continued, "Most of the film that you
can purchase has that segment cut out, and you can always tell
it by the person running in the background, they'll run up to
here... all of a sudden they'll be down here... running.
You will see in most of the clips that y 've ever seen on
television, or in the movies, or that you're able to get your
hands on, you'll see William Greer start to turn like this...",
then a muffled comment from the audience, then Cooper answered,
"That's because they clipped it out! And on a lot of them, I'll
bet you most of you, every time you've seen the clip on
television, never looked at the driver anyway. If you're really
honest with yourself, and with me, you know your eyes were right
on Kennedy."
A woman asked if any of the alien technology was being used in
present-day military equipment and was answered, "Yes, there's
a lot of alien technology contained in the Stealth bomber, that's
right. The Stealth fighter was flying for 10-years before you
even knew it existed."
As the hour drew late another question, more clearly stated,
was asked of Mr. Cooper by a woman closer to my ears, "Before
you let us all out of here, there's a bunch of us here wondering
what can we all do to help bring this all out?"
A single word, "REVOLT" issued from several listeners simul-
taneously but Cooper responded, "Don't revolt. What you need to
do is what you should have been doing all along. You need to get
involved with your government. The first thing you need to do is
purchase a copy of the Constitution, which I know that most of
you don't have anywhere in your house, and if I were to go
around this room and ask each person what the Constitution says,
most of you couldn't tell me what the Constitution says from
your grocery bill. And that's the truth! And that IS your coun-
try! So if you don't know what your Constitution is you're dead
already, so the first thing you do is you get a copy of your
Constitution. The second thing you do is you learn it! The third
thing you do is you start calling your senators and your repre-
sentatives, and the President of the United States and you start
leaning on them, and you tell them, `Unless you straighten up
the government, and unless we start getting the truth, and I
mean the whole truth, and no more of this baloney, this's the
last job you're ever gonna have, period. And I'll do everything
in my power to make sure that comes true.' And then write them,
frequently, saying the same thing. And then when they're in your
area, in their area offices, take a little delegation and go see
them, and make them understand that they're gonna be living in
poverty because they're not gonna have a job anymore come elec-
tion day.
You see, the secret government may own the executive branch, but
you people, all of us, we own the Congress, and the Congress
makes the laws, and the Congress can impeach the entire
executive branch! You also have the right to petition the gov-
ernment for a redress of injuries. So you ARE powerful, you've
just forgotten that you're powerful, you've forgotten that that
vote that you haven't been doing every time election comes
around, that vote has abdicated your power. That vote you did
not cast abdicated your power and gave it to those who are
subverting the Constitution and are ruining this country."
 
A gentleman then asked, "What was traded to the aliens for
their technology?"
"People and animals," replied Cooper succinctly.
Another man asked, "Is the Soviet Union in on any of this?"
"The Soviet Union and the United States of America have been
close allies since the end of World War II and have been closely
participating in the secret space program all this time. The
Soviets have the same thing we have, yes. What you see happening
in the Soviet block right now is not the result of people stand-
ing up and saying, `We want to be free.' It's the result of the
international bankers saying, `You tear down these barriers, and
you meet the West half way, give your people some freedom, the
West is gonna take some freedom away from their people so that
we can put together a one-world economic system ...and have all
the power. That's what's happening! If you don't believe it,
stick around and watch it!"
A dubious woman then asked, "Why was the shellfish poison
necessary? A lot of his brain was blown off anyway."
Cooper: "The shellfish poison? If you go to kill someone, one
thing I've learned, I learned it real good, I learned it espe-
cially good when I went to Viet Nam; just `cause you shoot some-
one doesn't mean they're gonna die. And if they don't die,
they're gonna be MAD. And if they've got a gun, you're dead. So
you want the first time to be the last time. So if you really
want to to kill somebody you don't play around. If you REALLY
want to kill somebody ...you KILL them, you don't play, you make
sure that when you shoot them, they're dead. That way they can't
hurt you, can't hurt you at all."
Regrettably, the next question was totally unintelligible, I
was thankful however that Mr. Cooper had a good public address
system to amplify his reply, "The first moon landing was May the
22nd, 1962... or excuse me, that was the first landing on Mars.
I'm sorry, May the 22nd, 1962 was the winged probe that used a
hydrozine propeller, flew around approximately 3-orbits and lan-
ded on May the 22nd, 1962, was a joint United States / Russian
endeavor. The first time that we landed on the moon was sometime
during the ...probably middle 50's, because at the time when
President Kennedy stated that he wanted a man to set foot on the
moon by the end of the decade we already had a base there."
"What about Mars?" came another quick question.
"We have a base on Mars also," Cooper calmly replied.
"When did that happen?"
"I don't know the exact date but I know the project's name, it
was `Adam and Eve'."
"How long have you known about this?"
"Well, I revealed it publicly for the first time on July the
2nd, 1989, and within 3-weeks of the time I revealed it public-
ly, the government, to get the American people not to listen to
me, came out and said that they planned to build a base on the
moon and a colony on Mars. Now, 3-days previous to my speech,
representatives from NASA said, `We can never have a colony on
Mars, it's impossible that there's a colony on Mars because Mars
is a dead planet.' And it's NOT a dead planet, they've lied to
you about Mars."
"My name is Dave [unintelligible], I'm a representative of the
Crystic Institute, and I'd like to know why it was that when we
sent a representative down to your home, at your request, you
failed to produce any documentation to substantiate your allega-
tions."
"In the first place it was NOT at my request, I have never
contacted the Crystic Institute in my life. I was on the Carol
Hemingway Show, she contacted the Crystic institute, she told
Daniel Shehan [sp] that I had just said something about Bush and
drugs on her show. HE called ME and told me he wanted to send an
investigator, in fact he told me to even help the investigator
because he was new at the job, his name was Wayne Nelson, he is
a very good gentleman, he stayed at my house for 2-days, slept
overnight on my couch, I gave him everything I had. I never told
Daniel Shehan that I had any documents and I never told Wayne
Nelson that I had any documents. In fact what I told Wayne Nel-
son, and I quote, `Wayne, if I did have the documents I couldn't
admit it and I don't know you from Adam, and I don't know Daniel
Shehan from Adam and what makes you think I would give them to
you.' Who am I going to give them to and how quick are they go-
ing to disappear, that was my thought. Wayne Nelson also came to
my house with a stack of documents this thick already substanti-
ating the presence of aliens and extraterrestrial craft on this
planet, and they are keeping it a secret, because they're afraid
somebody'll laugh at them and they'll loose their credibility."
"We need some patriots in this country, not people trying to
make a name for themselves, trying to expose some drug runners,
because those are just the bag-men. The real crook is in the
White House! And you can tell THAT to Daniel Shehan!"
"Why didn't Jackie Kennedy report [the source of the lethal
shot]?" asked another audience member.
"Who's she gonna tell? The Secret Service just killed her hus-
band and they're assigned to protect the President. Also, who
had her children? The same Secret Service had her children at
the time."
"Wasn't the craft at Roswell, New Mexico destroyed and all the
aliens killed?" another young man asked.
"All the aliens were dead but the craft was not completely
destroyed, it was severely damaged yes."
On an unrelated note an older gentleman asked, "Does that mean
that `Alternative-3' is true?"
"Alternative-3 is absolutely true and so is `Alternative-2'."
Then a man in his late 20's or early 30's raised his hand,
said something I couldn't hear, and was apparently recognized by
Mr. Cooper who asked him to take the podium and address the aud-
ience.
"What I said was that I thanked him [Cooper] very much for
coming forward and saying something. A lot of my friends out
here know that I was involved in the United States Special For-
ces, UFO Tracking and Research from the years 1971 to 1975. My
name is Richard Murray, I was base out of the 71st Tac
Controll Flight, McDill Air Force Base, Tampa, Florida. We were
`Mobile Radar Command,' that was combat and war ready. We could
be loaded on aircraft within an hour and many times were taken
into areas [to] set up radar. A lot of times we were set up
around Egland [sp] Air Force Base because that's where they have
the `Altered Temperature Weather Control', where they can test
various aircraft for their shrinkage and their dimension change
during altered temperature. So, you know, I was told to shut up
twice in 1982 and they finally threatened my parents life so I
stayed quiet, and, that's when Wendel Stevens was taken off the
streets... Just like that! And I hid for quite awhile, and deci-
ded to come back out when I heard that you're [Cooper] of such
high rank as you were, and I felt just in saying that your cre-
dentials are true, and that what you have to say, everything
you've said here today, I've heard before behind closed doors.
And you've really tied the link for me to the Kennedy killing.
And there's a few more links that have to go on with the Colum-
bia Cartel and the money laundering. I think there's more than
one cartel involved, and they're shutting one of them down so
one can maintain a power, it just seems to be the way it works."
A muffled question then came from someone in the audience
regarding the person referred to as "Colonel Stevens."
"Uh, Colonel Stevens is out of jail now," replied Murray who
was quickly asked another question I couldn't hear to which he
answered, "I sure hope to hell so, he is a wonderful man and I
give him my utmost respect and it was one of the saddest days in
my life to see what happened to him happen to him. But I don't
care what they say about Wendel Stevens, in my heart you can't
discredit that man to me. I don't care who the hell you are. I
won't listen to it, I don't give a shit if he was screwin' ba-
bies. You know... that doesn't... he's not that kind of a man,
I don't care what you say, I know him personally."
The lecture was then essentially over. The "Alternative-2 and
-3" that were referred to briefly are, to the best of my know-
ledge, two government contingency plans and I don't know which
is which, to 1: Declare Martial Law and invalidate the Constitu-
tion on the premise that a terrorist group had entered the coun-
try with a Nuclear weapon with plans to detonate it in a major
city. All dissidents would be rounded up and placed in concen-
tration camps and the press and media would be nationalized. All
this, if the information becomes public before they want it to
or if the aliens attempt a takeover, and 2: Another contingency
plan to contain or delay the release of this information, the
details of which I am probably wrong about anyway.
My own personal reaction to Milton William Cooper; Mr. Cooper
is a man who appears to be in his late fourties, of medium
height and weight, and was dressed casually when I saw him. His
hairline was receding slightly and he carried himself with con-
fidence and purpose. Bill Cooper, as he was called by several in
attendance, is not a professional speaker. His presentation
lacked the polish of repeated deliveries which all the other
lectures I heard during the Expo. had, but what it lacked in
fine tuning was easily made up for in its content. Weather or
not everyone in the audience was coinced of his
sincerity I do not know, but the thunderous peal of applause
which exploded as he concluded the session spoke for me and the
majority of those in attendance. I am convinced beyond any
reasonable doubt that Bill Cooper believes everything he said,
and I'm about as skeptical as they come.

which describes some of the government operations, projects, and
code names that pertain to the above transcript. Perhaps from
the two documents you can reach your own conclusions as to what
"Alternative-2 and -3 are.

The following is brief listing of everything that I personally
saw and know from 1972 and does not contain any input from any
other source whatsoever.
MAJESTY was listed as the code word for the President of the
United States for communications concerning this information.
OPERATION MAJORITY is the name of the operation responsible
for every aspect, project, and consequence of alien presence on
earth.
GRUDGE Contains 16 volumes of documented information collected
from the beginning of the United States investigation of
Unidentified Flying Objects (UFO's) and Identified Alien Crafts
(IAC). The project was funded by CIA confidential funds (non-
appropriated) and money from the illicit drug trade.
Participation in the illegal drug trade was justified in that it
would identify and eliminate the weak elements of our society.
The purpose of project GRUDGE was to collect all scientific,
technological, medical and intelligence information from UFO/IAC
sightings and contacts with alien life forms. This orderly file
of collected information has been used to advance the United
States Space Program.
 
MJ-12 is the name of the secret control group. President
Eisenhower commissioned a secret society known as THE JASON
SOCIETY (JASON SCHOLARS) to sift through all the facts,
evidence, technology, lies and deception and find the truth of
the alien question. The society was made up of 32 of the most
prominent men in the country in 1972 and the top 12 members were
designated MJ-12. MJ-12 has total control over everything.
They are designated by the codes J-1, J-2, etc all the way
through the members of the Jason Society.
The director of the CIA was appointed J-1 and is the Director
of MJ-12. MJ-12 is responsible only to the President. MJ-12
runs most of the world's illegal drug trade. This was done to
hide funding and thus keep the secret from the Congress and the
people of the United States. It was justified in that it would
identify and eliminate the weak elements of our society. The
cost of funding the alien connected projects is higher than
anything you can imagine. MJ-12 assassinated President Kennedy
when he informed them that he was going to tell the public all
the facts of the alien presence. He was killed by the Secret
Service agent driving his car and it is plainly visible in the
film held from public view.
A secret meeting place was constructed for MJ-12 in MARYLAND
and it was described as only accessible by air. It contains
full living, recreational, and other facilities for MJ-12 and
the JASON SOCIETY. It is code named "THE COUNTRY CLUB". Only
those with TOP SECRET/MAJIC clearance are allowed to go there.
MAJI is the MAJORITY AGENCY FOR JOINT INTELLIGENCE. All
information, disinformation, and intelligence is gathered and
evaluated by this agency. This agency is responsible for all
disinformation and operates in conjunction with the CIA, NSA,
and the Defense Intelligence Agency. This is a very powerful
organization and all alien projects are under its control. MAJI
is responsible only to MJ-12.
SIGMA is the project which first established communications
with the aliens and is still responsible for communications.
PLATO is the project responsible for Diplomatic relations with
the aliens. This project secured a formal treaty (illegal under
the Constitution) with the aliens. The terms were that the
aliens would give us technology. In return we agreed to keep
their presence on earth a secret, not to interfere in any way
with their actions, and to allow them to abduct humans and
animals. The aliens agreed to furnish MJ-12 with a list of
abductees on a periodic basis.
MAJIC is the security classification and clearance of all
alien connected material, projects, and information. MAJIC
means MAJI Controlled.
AQUARIUS is a project which compiled the history of alien
presence and their interaction with Homo Sapiens upon this
planet for the last 25,000 years and culminating with the Basque
people who live in the mountainous country on the border of
France and Spain and the Syrians.
GARNET is the project responsible for control of all
information and documents regarding this subject and
accountability of the information and documents.
PLUTO is a project to evaluate all UFO/ IAC information
pertaining to space telZk{k+9kR [TRANSMISSION GARBLED]
POUNCE is the project formed to recover all downed/ crashed
craft and aliens.
REDLIGHT is the project to test fly recovered alien craft. It
is conducted at AREA 51 (DREAMLAND) in Nevada. It was aided
when the aliens gave us craft and helped us fly them. The
initial project was somewhat successful in that we flew a
recovered craft but it blew up in the air and the pilots were
killed. The project was suspended at that time until the aliens
agreed to help us.
SNOWBIRD was established as a cover for project REDLIGHT.
Several flying saucer type craft were built using conventional
technology. They were unveiled to the press and flown in front
of the press. The purpose was to explain accidental sightings
or disclosure of REDLIGHT as having been the SNOWBIRD craft.
LUNA is the alien base on the far side of the Moon. It was
seen and filmed by the Apollo Astronauts. A base, a mining
operation using very large machines, and the very large alien
craft described in sighting reports as MOTHER SHIPS exist there.
NRO is the National Recon Organization based at Fort Carson,
Colorado. It is responsible for security for all alien or alien
craft connected projects.
DELTA is the designation for the specific arm of the NRO which
is especially trained and tasked with security of these
projects.
JOSHUA is a project to develop a low frequency pulsed sound
generating weapon. It was said that this weapon would be
effective against the alien craft and beam weapons.
EXCALIBUR is a weapon to destroy the alien underground bases.
It is to be a missile capable of penetrating 1000 meters of
Tuff/hard packed soil such as that found in New Mexico with no
operational damage. Missile apogee not to exceed 30,000 feet
AGL and impact must not deviate in excess of 50 meters from
designated target. The device will carry a 1 megaton nuclear
warhead.
ALIENS, there were 4 types of aliens mentioned in the papers.
A LARGE NOSED GREY with whom we have the treaty, the GREY
reported in abductee cases that works for the LARGE NOSED GREY,
a blond human like type described as the NORDIC, a red haired
human like type called the ORANGE. The home of the aliens were
described as being a star in the Constellation of Orion,
Barnards star, and Zeta Riticuli 1&2. I cannot remember even
under hypnosis which alien belongs to which star.
EBE is the name or designation given to the live alien
captured at the 1949 Roswell crash. He died in captivity.
KRLL OR KRLLL OR CRLL OR CRLLL pronounced Crill or Krill was
the hostage left with us at the first Holloman landing as a
pledge that the aliens would carry out their part of the basic
agreement reached during that meeting. KRLL gave us the
foundation of the yellow book which was completed by the guests
at a later date. KRLL became sick and was nursed by Dr. G.
Mendoza who became the expert on alien biology and medicine.
KRLL later died. His information was disseminated under the
pseudonym O.H. Cril or Crill.
GUESTS were aliens exchanged for humans who gave us the
balance of the yellow book. At the time I saw the information
there were only 3 left alive. They were called (P&#'s) Alien
Life Forms. [TRANSMISSION GARBLED]
RELIGION The aliens claim to have created Homo Sapiens
through hybridization. The papers said that RH-blood was proof
of this. They further claimed to have created all four major
religions. They showed a hologram of the crucifixion of Christ
which the Government filmed. They claim that Jesus was created
by them.
ALIEN BASES exist in the four corners area of Utah, Colorado,
New Mexico, and Nevada. Six bases were described in the 1972
papers, all on indian reservations and all in the four corners
area. The base near Dulce was one of them.
MURDER The documents stated that many military and government
personnel had been terminated (murdered without due process of
law) when they had attempted to reveal the secret.
CRAFT RECOVERIES The documents stated that many craft had
been recovered. The early ones from Roswell, Aztec, Roswell
again, Texas, Mexico, and other places.
GENERAL DOOLITTLE made a prediction that one day we would have
to reckon with the aliens and the document stated that it
appeared that General Doolittle was correct.
ABDUCTIONS were occurring long before 1972. The document
stated that humans and animals were being abducted and or
mutilated. Many vanished without a trace. They were taking
sperm and ova samples, tissue, performed surgical operations,
implanted a spherical device 40 to 80 microns in size near the
optic nerve in the brain and all attempts to remove it resulted
in the death of the patient. The document estimated that 1 in
every 40 people had been implanted. This implant was said to
give the aliens total control of that human.
 
CONTINGENCY PLAN SHOULD THE INFORMATION BECOME PUBLIC OR
SHOULD THE ALIENS ATTEMPT A TAKEOVER.
This plan called for a public announcement that a terrorist
group had entered the United States with an Atomic weapon. It
would be announced that the terrorists planned to detonate the
weapon in a major city. Martial Law would be declared and all
persons with implants would be rounded up along with all
dissidents and would be placed into concentration camps. The
press, radio, and TV would be nationalized and controlled.
Anyone attempting to resist would be arrested or killed.
CONTINGENCY PLAN TO CONTAIN OR DELAY RELEASE OF INFORMATION
This plan called for the use of MAJESTIC TWELVE as a
disinformation ploy to delay and confuse the release of
information should anyone get close to the truth. It was
selected because of the similarity of spelling and the
similarity to MJ-12. It was designed to confuse memory and to
result in a fruitless search for material which did not exist.
SOURCE OF MATERIAL CONTAINED IN THE DOCUMENTS WHICH I SAW
The source of the material was an ONI counter-intelligence
operation against MJ-12 in order for the Navy to find out the
truth of what was really going on. The Navy (at that time or at
least the Navy that I worked for) were not participants in any
of this. The different services and the government conduct this
type of operation against each other all the time. The result
of this operation was that the Navy cut themselves in for a
piece of the action (technology) and control of some projects.
As you can see this file is only a little different from my
previous file. Only some names were scrambled previously to
confuse the government long enough for someone to verify that
what I have said is the truth. I have added information in this
file that puts me in absolute danger. I have sent a copy of
this file to people all over the country and will continue to do
so. Please get this file into as many hands as you can and
maybe that will protect me but I doubt it.
HISTORY WILL BE THE JUDGE OF ME AND THIS INFORMATION AND I
HAVE NO FEAR OF THAT JUDGEMENT. I SWEAR THAT THIS INFORMATION

if a project name is in the wrong place. It does not matter who
is working for who or what is really what. It should be obvious
by now that something sinister and terribly wrong is going on
involving the government and the UFO phenomenon. We must all
band together and expose it now. I have done my part in the
best manner that I could. I can add nothing else except my
testimony in Congress or a court of law that what I saw and have
written in this file is true and that I saw it.
Everything in my previous file that does not conflict with
this file is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and
some of it is from sources and research. You may combine the
files to get the entire picture. Throw out only that
information which conflicts with that contained in this file.
There will be no further additions or corrections to this
information either now or in the future. My file is complete
and stands to be judged by history. Sometime in the future the
exact papers that I saw will surface and you will all see this
exact information contained within them.

Notes on UFOs and the Biefeld/Brown Effect
Coman-Ra Said: "Sure, antigravity has been around for a long time.
Townsend-Brown had a model flying saucer flitting around a may pole in
1928. He used the Bifeld-Brown effect, which in- volves the behavior
of a charged condenser in a magnetic field. It is the free energy
device, almost.... The National Socialists in Germany took the work of
Townsend-Brown and had operational flying saucers in WW 2. A book on
this has been published in Germany and has gone through three
editions. It is, of course, not available in the U.S." (9/27/'76
Letter)
CRITIQUE Magazine Said: "Dr. Mason Rose of the University for Social
Research, published a paper describing the discoveries of Dr. Paul
Alfred Biefeld, astronomer and physicist at the California Institute
for Advanced Studies, and his assistant, Townsend Brown. In 1923
Biefeld discovered that a heavily charged electrical condensor moved
towards its positive pole when suspended in a gravitational field. He
assigned Brown to study the effect as a research project. A series of
experiments showed Brown that the most efficient shape for a field
propelled condensor was a disk with a central dome. In 1926 T. Brown
published his paper describing all the construction features and
flight characteristics of a flying saucer....
"On September 10, 1981, an interesting interview was broadcast on
Radio Station KTAR, Phoenix, Arizona. It featured Bill Spaulding, head
of GSW (Ground Saucer Watch). The unusual interview theorized that the
Government was using UFOs as a kind of mundane 'control system.' Bill
Spaulding said that the American public and other portions of the
world are being manipulated into a saucer belief system which is all
part of a conspiracy to actually PROMOTE UFOs rather than stomp them
out. The purpose is so they can carry on the things they are doing,
such as cattle mutilations, Stealth aircraft testing which is
invisible to radar, and mind control, among other things....
"From other sources it is claimed that the CIA, formed in 1947,
took over the PUBLIC IMAGE of the 'flying saucers' created by secret
flights of US aircraft and artificial meteor research, etc., during
the 1947-48 period. By 1950 the CIA had set into motion a plan of

I am sorry I have taken so long in answering your letters. However, I have
moved my office and have had to make a number of extended trips.
To answer your last question in your letter of October 14, 1983, there is
no particular reason I feel I shouldn't or couldn't answer any or all of
your questions. I am delight- ed to answer all of them to the best of my
ability.
You listed some of your questions in your letter of September 12th. I will
attemp to answer them as you had listed them.
1. Relating to my own experience regarding re- covered flying saucers, I
had no association with any of the people involved in the recovery and have
no knowl- edge regarding the dates of the recoveries. If I had I would
send it to you.
2. Regarding verification that persons you list were involved, I can only
say this:
John Von Neuman was definitely involved. Dr. Vannever Bush was definitely
involved, and I think Dr. Robert Oppenheimer also.
My association with the Research and Development Board under Doctor Compton
during the Eisenhower administration was rather limited so that although I
had been invited to participate in several discussions associated with the
re- ported recoveries, I could not personally attend the meetings. I am
sure that they would have asked Dr. Von Braun, and the others that you
listed were probably asked and may or may not have attended. This is all I
know for sure.
3. I did receive some official reports when I was in my office at the
Pentagon but all of these were left there as at the time we were never
supposed to take them out of the office.
4. I do not recall receiving any photographs such as you request so I am
not in a position to answer.
5. I have to make the same reply as on No. 4.
I recall the interview with Dr. Brenner of the Canadian Embassy. I think
the answers I gave him were the ones you listed. Naturally, I was more
familiar with the subject matter under discussion, at that time. actually,
I would have been able to give more specific answers had I attend- ed the
meetings concerning the subject. You must understand that I took this
assignment as a private contribution. We were called "dollar-a-year men".
My first responsibility was the maintenance of my own business activity so
that my participation was limited.
About the only thing I remember at this time is that certain materials
reported to have come from flying saucer crashes were extremely light and
very tough. I am sure our laboratories analyzed them very carefully.
There were reports that instruments or people operating these machines were
also of very light weight, sufficient to withstand the tremendous
deceleration and acceleration associated with their machinery. I remember
in talking with some of the people at the office that I got the impression
these "aliens" were constructed like certain insects we have observed on
earth, wherein because of the low mass the inertial forces involved in
operation of these instruments would be quite low.
I still do not know why the high order of classification has been given and
why the denial of the existence of these devices.
I am sorry it has taken me so long to reply but I suggest you get in touch
with the others who may be directly involved in this program.

Dear Sirs,
Although I missed your very recent radio and tv shows, a friend suggested
that I write this letter and share my information with you. I am fifty
year af age engineer that has worked in the private sector, as well as with
the government.
From 1975 to 1980, i was involved with several investigations having to do
with E.T. material. Even though the project was very well covered, I am
still very much surprised that Project Pluto and results have not surfaced
yet.
In as much as the project was handled by others, there was no question that
the government was in full control. For security purposes, Project Pluto
had five levels. Those who investigated one level had nothing to do with
the next, and would only turn in the results of data of these findings to
the next level, then go on to another area.
No one that I knew ever had the results of two levels at the same time.
There was only one very rare exception to the rule which took place in
1975, and was in fact my very first assignment with the project. I was
employed by a non- government firm that of course was directly involved
with the government, and probably fronted for them on the projects.
I would assume that eventually government records could be made available
to the general public, but not from the private sector. I'm not really
sure. In any event, several others and myself were rushed to a rather
remote place in upstate Pennsylvannia.
We were informed that every thing was top secret, and had to remain that
way. We were even housed in a hotel close by, and security people were
assigned to us. Some type of aircraft had crashed in this area, and the
government felt that it would be easier and faster to do all of their
investigation right there rather than to move the remains of the wreck, and
whatever evidence the soil may contain.
The wreck site was rather difficult to get to, however, we turned it into a
construction site, clearing the area, and building two small and one very
large metal pre-fab buildings over and around the wreck. Heavy equipment,
materials, and workers were flown in and out on a daily basis.
We were moved from the hotel to some mobile homes that were brought in for
us, and many more top level people who joined us. I might add that the
local people who still lived some distance from the site, were led to
believe that a large private corporation was preparing to build an
electrical power supply for the area. But it was off limits to everyone in
the area.
We were some of the first ones on the scene other than lots of security
people. The wreck had already been covered by very large canvas blankets,
and large nets were tented over head to protect the site from any possible
air traffic. I did manage to get a very good look at the wreck on several
occasions. My first thoughts were that it may have been and experimental
air craft of our government, or perhaps the government of another.
It was later suggested to us that it was a new type of air craft of a
foreign government, and it was a super hush hush project. That air craft
was nothing like I have ever seen or probably ever will again.
The crash site was also something quite different. The disturbed soil was
about a hundred feet in diameter, although the craft was much larger in
length. I only saw what appeared to be about two/thirds of the rear end,
and even that was about ten feet below the surface. When it crashed on
about a 30 degree angle, it pushed all the earth back away from the craft
itself. Almost as if the hole were made first, and then something half the
size was put in place.
My best thought of this rather strange hole is that some kind of magnetic
field had pushed all the earth away from the craft at impact. It was
reasonable to assume that I was looking down at the rear end of the air
craft, yet there was nothing to indicate that it had any kind of engine as
we know it. Not even one little opening.
I don't really like to use the term cigar, but since I could not see the
front part, it certainly appeared to have once been shaped like a large
cigar. That's by best description.
If it was a craft from a foreign government, then we are in big trouble. I
actually held one small portion of the wreck in my hand. Incidently, there
was only a very small reading of radio waves in the area. The area was
quite safe. There was on the other hand, a great deal of free magnetic
energy in that area. It was very difficult using our instruments. It was
very difficult just to establish the correct time. Every wrist watch was a
different time.
The piece of physical evidence that I held in my hand, was a material that
I really can't identify. It may have been torn from the front of the craft
when it crashed. A few of us compared thoughts as to what it might be, but
no one was really certain. None of us had ever seen anything like it
before. It was about one square foot and about an inch thick. It weighed
almost nothing, and one had the feeling that it may blow away if you let go
of it and the wind increased.
It was the same color and texture of the large portion, so it was safe to
assume that it was part of the shell of the craft. It weighed nowhere near
enough to be any metal that we had ever seen. It even weighed less than
any plastic that I had seen of a similar size.
I tried to scratch it with a pocket knife, and even cut away a small piece
of the edge, but the knife did nothing to it. The surface was clear as
glass, and stronger than anything we had ever seen. It was like trying to
scratch the surface of glass with a feather. Of course, we had to turn it
into the security people.
After the site was secure, the first groups that included myself were taken
away. There was a very thorough strip search prior to us being given
jumpsuits, and put into a truck for the transportation to a waiting plane.
We were taken to another area and debriefed before we were allowed to
return to our normal way of life.
About three months later, a few of us returned to the site to remove the
buildings, fill up the hole, and generally put the area back into the same
shape as it may have been prior to the crash. We went through the same
type of security search and debriefing as we had done the first time.
Whatever was left of the craft had been removed and sent to - unknown-.
Almost one year to the day, I was sent to another crash site. Everything
was a repeat of the first time, except that there were six of us. Four of
us were part of the first crash site, and the other two were new. This
time the air craft was buried so deep into the lower side of a hill that we
could not get a good look at it.
The security arrangements were just about the same, and we constructed
similar buildings around it. It was very close to a rerun of the first
crash site. Only this time we were told, "as a matter of fact it was a top
secret experimental air craft that had crashed". I could however, manage
to see the rear end of the craft. It appeared to be the same type as the
first. The code name of the project was Pluto, as it was the first also.
Incidently, that was in upstate New York, in 1976. I do not know if there
were any "people" or life forms aboard.
Several years later, I had an occasion to be in the area of site #one. The
bartender only recognized me because he brought in our first room service
the first night we stayed there. There was no room service there, but he
made his one and only exception to the rule for us. He asked me lots of
questions which of course had no answers for, nor would I give any. He
told me that he heard that there were lots of medical people on the site.
He thought that rather odd for an electric power station. He assumed that
there must have been some kind of an accident, or lots of waste material in
the area. We let it go at that.
It appears that security was very good, and no one had any idea that an air
craft had crashed there. I suspect that the air craft was fifty feet in
diameter and as long as two hundred feet. I could be wrong in the length.
As I recall the under portion of air craft #one had more of a flat surface.
It was difficult to see, but I do recall the difference in the portion of
the under surface that I could see.
There were also a few interesting grooves on the top and side areas about
twenty feet long. We had speculated that either a steering fin had been
attached, or a place where it could slide through from the inside, similar
to the type of system used to lower wheels on any air craft. First
speculation!
In 1978, I was again sent to a crash site. We arrived the day after the
security people. This time the air craft landed in a lake in upstate
Pennsylvannia. We went through the same motions, and built several
buildings on the edge of the lake to house the craft, once it was removed
from the water. Lots of Navy equipment was flown in, and there were divers
everywhere. The same magnetic field was present as in the first two
incidents. There was no air craft.
I spent three weeks there in the event that the buildings had to be
adjusted. It seems that the divers had located the exact spot that the air
craft had rested on the bottom, but it was gone. There was lots of
evidence on the beach that something very large had crashed into the lake
causing the water of the lake to splash ashore, over thirty feet, and what
was normally a rather clean lake, was suddenly a very large mudhole. After
three weeks, I left and was subjected to the same type of security as the
first two times.
I didn't have to return to dismantle the pre-fab buildings. I would think
that it was done by others very soon there after. There was some thoughts
at first that the craft may have been buried under the bottom of the lake,
but by this time, we knew enough about the craft to know if that were the
case. It was not - it just vanished. Perhaps it was not damaged and
managed to fly away. That may sound silly, but I believe that it is a
reasonable conclusion. There was some damage to the immediate area. Six
large electrical transformers, and some other equipment were burnt out and
had to be replaced by the electric company. The government took the
electrical equipment and had it flown somewhere else.
In 1979, I was sent to the shores of southern Texas. The same type of
situation, all the evidence led us to believe that whatever it was, it
landed in the water and flew away.
I understand that over twenty men actually saw it go into the water, but
the days that followed bore no fruit. The Navy divers had a good deal of
evidence that some thing has made a very large recent gash on the bottom in
about seventy feet of water.
The very same magnetic field was present, and every thing electrical in the
immediate area was burnt out. By the end of 1979, I was sent back to the
very same lake in Northern Pennsylvannia. It was a duplicate incident as
the first time we were there. It had landed in the lake and was gone. The
same electrical items were again destroyed, and the same magnetic field was
evident. I really have no physical evidence to prove one way or another
the identification of the air craft. I can only examine what I have
experienced and wonder! My opinion is another story.
I don't really believe that the air craft belongs to our Government or any
other government on this earth. From 1975 to present, we would certainly
have seen some kind of revolutionary change in our air craft. To date, I
still have not seen any material to even slightly match the very first
piece of physical evidence that I had examined. That alone, would have
made a fantastic change in the material we use today. No corporation or
government could keep that kind of material quality under cover for over
twelve years. If they had invented it.
After twelve years we probably don't even know what it is, or how to make
it. I am positive that at the very least, they have two of the air craft
hidden somewhere, and probably have learned very little from them, other
than they exist. However, the company that I was associated with has made
some gigantic leaps forward in electromagnetic forces. Perhaps they did
learn something from it after all. If we wish to assume that these air
craft are not from this earth, and are from way out there in space, then my
goodness, the planet must be full of visitors. The air traffic alone, must
be fantastic. It seems to me that who ever they are they have found it
easier to land in the water rather than on our dry earth. Perhaps it was
designed to land on water or a very flat surface.
I have never really had any feelings one way or another abvout E.T.'s. I
have elected to deal with hard evidence only, that was prior to 1975. For
those few years afterwards, I could not help but interject some opinions
into my brain.
As I would rather deal with hard evidence only, I am forced to put all of
this on a scale, and take a good hard look at the tilting of the scales.
There is far too much here to ignore. I must confess that I had some what
leaned towards the experimental air craft story. But as the years passed,
it became evident that was only a cover story. Too much time has past, and
our air craft are pretty much the same. There is no doubt in my mind that
we as well as others, are constantly experimenting with new air craft,
however at this late date, I am reasonably certain that those crash sites
were not made by anything that we are familiar with, and then again, I
still kind of reserve that possibility. As you can see, I have many mixed
feelings about it.
Im addition, I have no way of knowing if I had been on every crash site
that occurred. There may have been many more during that period and many
more since then.
I really don't know if any one had ever been removed from the two wrecks,
that I had personally seen. Perhaps they were only mechanical flights.
Perhaps the medical people were only there - just in case. And/or to test
the wreck for any form of unknown bacteria prior to removing it. Their
being present is not really evidence that a life form was found. It could
go either way.
I just cannot imagine our government or any other keeping it such a secret,
if in fact, they were not from this earth. It really serves no purpose
that I can understand. Also appears to me that if they were from somewhere
else that they mean us no harm. I would suspect that after all these
years, if they meant us harm, we would most certainly know about it by now.
Even if they were only mechanical flights, the fact that they could get
here at all...so many times, is certainly a feat in itself, and worthy of
publication.
If the fact that they managed to get here at all, and the physical
evidence, the material that I examined is any indication of how intelligent
they are, then I would feel safe in assuming that they have left us in the
stone age. On a personal level, I have no fear of meeting or contacting
such a being. In fact, the very first time I saw the craft, the thought
had entered my mind. I didn't expect a being like Frankenstein to come
walking out. And for a short time I had wondered what I would do if
suddenly a door opened and some form of life came out. What the heck! If
it didn't look too bad I may have walked up and said hello just as I would
to anyone else who may visit me.
I would think that I would be more afraid of picking up some unknown form
of bacteria than I would be of the life form itself. Well, today we can
pick up AIDS...so, as I put the germ fear aside. Yes. I would certainly
try to be friendly once the first wave of fear passed me by. What I fear
more than any visitor is that some farmer is going to get them with a shot
gun and do more damage than we can or want to handle. Also, some cowboy
policeman trying to shoot his first space man. Because of that I should
think that our government would try to edcucate us as to the proper way to
handle any such situation. That little bit of awareness and education may
save our planet form destruction. If there is clear evidence that we are
being visited by intelligent life forms, then the heads of our government
are by far crazier than I had imagined by trying to keep it a secret. The
damage of hostile action on our part may not be repairable.
I'm sorry but I am not familiar with your group, but my friend was very
impressed by your speaker on tv as well as the radio. Because of that I am
trying to share whatever information and evidence that I have which is in
fact all first hand data. I have illustrated the evidence and information
as it happened, and made note of where I speculated.
There are many items that I have not included in this letter, only because
this could turn into forty or fifty pages. At some time in the future, if
you wish, I will take my time and write every detail that I can remember.
I'll also put it on tape for clarification.
I was told that you plan to open another branch in the future in the
Philadelphia area? If that's the case I would certainly be interested in
some form of association with your group. I belong to no other and never
had any desire to, however, I understand that you are serious people, and
worthy of respect. I regard the opinion of my friend very highly. He is a
professor of physics, and himself a very serious person. I would
appreciate your sending me some literature about your group, and your plans
if any to enter the Philadelphia area. I think that you have selected a
very good location. There are many very serious people there and a good
solid investigation group would be quite welcome. I'm certain that once
you entered the area the support group would be fantastic. If you selected
Philadelphia, then the assured that you picked the right city for another
branch.
Incidently, my experience in the E.T. world ended in 1980, when I changed
positions. Have you had any reports of material that I examined belonging
to an air craft from others? And the ever present magnetic field, do you
gave any reports from others similar to that? I have heard of others
saying that they have seen a cigar shaped air craft, and I feel rather
silly. Perhaps that's not the word. But, to the best of my knowledge and
sight, it appeared to be just that. A cigar shaped craft. Please note
that in both cases, I had never seen the front of the craft. i can only
assume that the design was constant. I'll close for now and hope to hear

Dear ________,
I read your letter of the 13th with considerable interest. It seems
difficult to believe that I have finally found someone that is as
interested in finding out the true story of Project Red Light.
First of all I would like to address the specific points requested in your
letter, and then I will expand on them and other items as well.
1. I did not know about the UFO movie prior to reading your article.
2. I found out the name of Project Redlight almost by accident. I was
____________________________________________ in a warehouse at Area 51 and
saw a large number of wooden shipping crates (the type made with tongue and
groove lumber and used for shipping heavy items securely) with the code
name "Project Redlight" written with grease pen or felt tip pen. Also on
the crates was a stencilled "Edwards AFB" in standard military type of
letters.
3. The article in Readers Digest that I referred to was about a UFO that
flew over the US from the East Coast to where it "blew up" somewhere over
eastern Nevada. The article did not state that the pilot was human. I'm
sorry for the confusion on this. The reason that I felt that this Digest
article is important is that I remember a period shortly after the date
given in the article (I don't reemember what it was, sorry) everything came
to a screeching halt at Area 51. As you can see, I am just putting two and
two together, but I am satisfied that the UFO of the Digest article and the
UFO of Project Redlight are/were one and the same.
Now for some additional information that has come to mind since I talked to
you.
Your report about the motorcycle riders is interesting. I can remember
hearing similar rumors while I worked on the test site and I would not
doubt the authenticity of your report. The security force at Area 51 while
I serviced the Area were heavily armed and I considered them dangerous.
There were several times that I was in the wrong place at the right time
and had it not been provable that i was not snooping or trying to snoop I
really don't think I would be writing you this letter. Incidentally, the
security wore standard air police uniforms but looked nothing like any of
the AP's I have ever dealt with. They were all in their 30's to 40's, and
looked like dock workers. Also as I remember it the only markings they
wore just said Air Police. They did not have Nellis AFB on anything but a
few of their vehicles, and I believe that they were assigned to Edwards
rather than Nellis. The reason I remember this is that it seemed strange
to me during my first trip to Area 51 I noticed a slight difference in
their uniforms from Nellis AP's, and I over- heard a couple of remarks that
indicated they were from Edwards.
Another interesting point. I was accustomed to going out onto the Bombing
and Gunnery Range and had a number at Indian springs (Nellis AFB maintains
a forward area base there) to call to get clearence onto the range. This
was SOP. However, in the case of Area 51 I called the security office at
Area 51. This indicated to me that Nellis AFB had nothing to do with the
operation of Area 51. Also the designation of Area 51 was classified TOP
SECRET.
Incidentally, although I carried a "Q" clearance from the Atomic Energy
Commission as well as an inter agency TOP SECRET clearance I was
investigated for a special Air Force TOP SECRET clearance in order to
operate in Area 51.
At this point I am going to give you just a series of disconnected
observations that I made in the hope that they may tie in with something
you or Len Stringfield may know.
1. I saw some crates being unloaded from a cargo plane. The aircraft was
a super constellation with standard markings and had nothing to indicate it
had any military connections. There was no airline name on it.
2. I only saw the UFO one time. It was on the ground and partly hidden
behind a building and at first I thought it was a small private aircraft
until I noticed it had no wings or tail. I was probably 1/2 mile or
farther from it but I would guess it 20 to 30 feet in diameter and sort of
a pewter color rather than bright polished aluminium.
3. The reason I know it flew silently is I was present on a number of
occasions when it was landing or taking off (I was always taken inside and
out of view of the runway at these times) and at no time did I hear
anything that sounded like a conventional or any other kind of engine.
4. I was working on their ______ several times when they just_______.
However since I was there to work on them I really didn't think anything
about it. Oh yes, they would ___________ again just as suddenly. Also
there were a number of times that I was called out to work on ______ and
could not find anything wrong with it. 5. On of the men that I knew were
"Pilots" was just slightly larger than me.
6. Most of the test flights occurred in the daytime rather than at night.
7. The radio frequency they used at that time was in the regular
commercial VHF band and was a simplex frequency. At one time I had the
Freq. written down but I have no idea now what it was. Anyway, i really
think that someone with a scanner could pick them up if they were to park
on the road to the east of the test site and use some kind of directional
antenna.
8. Before I send this letter I will try to gey a USC&GS map of the area
and will mark the location of Area 51 on it.
9. There was a Radar Station at the north end of the test site near the
town of Tonopah, Nevada. A fellow from my home town of _______,________
was an operator there. His name is __________ __________ . We were
talking about the test site one day when he mentioned that he was always
picking up UFO's over the test site but was told to ignore them. I
remember him telling about one that he picked up on the edge of his RBI on
the first revolution was directly overhead on the second pass and was just
going off the scope on the third revolution of the antenna.
10. For some reason I seem to remember that the Redlight is spelled
Redlight i.e. all one word.
11. I always had the impression that the flight test area was from Area 51
north because there is a natural valley that runs in that direction for 200
miles or so. Also the area to the south was more populated. Also I
entered Area 51 from the north and there were a couple of times that i was
questioned about whether I had 'noticed' anything on the way in.
12. I was reminded constantly that no matter what I saw I could be in
serious trouble if I ever talked about any of it. I can't stress how much
how tight the security was, it was almost paranoid.
13. I don't think this has anything to do with Redlight, but I remember
when I was a kid back in the 40's, on two occasions I saw a story about
UFO's included in the weekly Pathe' News. There was one story about a UFO
that had crashed somewhere and another story about a UFO thaqt was found in
some farmers barn. Both of those stories were given the usual news
treatment. The reason that I am mentioning this is that I recently read an
article about the entire library of Pathe' movie film being given to an
institution of some kind which would make it available to researchers. i
am certain that if these film clips could be located they would be useful.
Realizing that these stories appeared prior to Blue Book and at a time of
Buck Rogers and Flash Gordon, there is probably a better than even chance
that they can be located by someone willing to spend the time viewing a few
hundred hours of old news film.
14. More on item #7, the air-to-ground frequencies were in the 200mc
range. I believe there is a standard set of air-to -ground or government
frequencies either just above or just below the 220mc ham band and their
communications were on those frequencies.
Well there you have it ______. I hope that I have shed some light on some
dark areas. Should any other thoughts come to mind that I feel may be
important I will try to catch you on the ____________. Hopefully if I can
get things settled down to a dull roar I will be able to start checking in
on a more permanent basis. Of course, should you have any questions or
want further clarification please contact me.

If there were a hall of fame for pseudoscientists, surely Cyrus Teed
would deserve a place of honor. It was shortly after the Civil War
that Teed had his vision: The earth is a hollow sphere, and WE LIVE
INSIDE IT.
Everything else in the universe is in here with us --planets,
comets, stars -- everything. What's outside the sphere? Nothing.
Teed's cosmology had a particular appeal to religious
fundamentalists. It made the earth important again, rather than an
insignifigant speck in the cosmos. And it eliminted the difficult
concepts of infinite space and aimlessly scattered worlds. We're
all right here together in this safe, spherical womb.
In 1870 Teed changed his name to Koresh (ancient Hebrew for Cyrus)
and started a cult. At its peak in the Nineties the Koreshan
(pronounced ker-ESH-an) Unity movement had some 4,000 followers.
Teed established a religious/scientific community a few miles south
of Fort Myers, Florida, and there founded the town of Estero. He
was determined to prove his theory scientifically and launched his
own geodetic survey in 1897 to do just that.
Using his "rectilineator," a set of double-T squares made of large
logs, he projected a horizontal line until his calculations
indicated that it would plunge into the Gulf of Mexico, four miles
from its starting point.
This was Teed's proof that the earth's surface is concave and that
his rectilineator line had intersected the earth's upward curve.
The scientists had gotten everything backward: It is centrifugal
force, not gravity, that keeps our feet planted on the ground. The
sphere *is* about 25,000 miles around, just as the scientists say.
China is about 8,000 miles away, through the earth's center --
straight up.
The Nazis entertained many occult theories in their quest for world
domination, and Teed's was one of them. At one point a Nazi
expedition went to the Isle of Man.
Its mission: to get secret photographs of the United States by
pointing its powerful telescopes *up*.

What's most infuriating is that a little mathematical fiddling turns
this crazy theory into a proposition that is virtually impossible to
refute. The trick is done by *inversion*, a purely geometric
transformation that lets a methemetician turn shapes inside-out.
When a sphere is inverted, ever point outside is mapped to a
corresponding point inside, and vice versa.
The goemetry is quite simple. If a sphere's center is "C" and its
radius is "r," then every outside point "P" maps to an inside point
"P'" such that "CP x CP' = r2" {that's "r squared" - Foxx}.

Here's a good way to visualize it: For any outside point "P" (on
the sun, or Pluto, or Cygnus X, for example), draw a circle that has
"CP" as its diameter. From one of the two points where this circle
intersects the earth, draw a line perpendicular to "CP."
The intersection point {of this perpendicular and "CP"} is the
location of "P'".
By far the largest body in our inverted Earth is the moon; a bit
over half a mile in diameter and some 3,933 miles over our heads.
The sun's sphere is only eight feet across. The stars are
microscopic spots clustered around the center, which is, of course,
infinity.
Is there any way to prove we *aren't* inside a hollow earth? We
asked H.S.M. Coxeter, mathematics professor at the University of
Toronto and an expert on inversion geometry.
"I can't think of any," he said. "A rocket flight, an eclipse, a
Foucault pendulum, a Coriolis effect -- any observation we can make
on the outside of the earth has an exact duplicate version inside.
There would be no way to tell which was the truth."
Just as the geometry of space inverts, so do all the laws of
physics. Toward the center of a hollow Earth, light slows down and
everything shrinks -- atoms, astronauts, spaceships, and measuring
rods.
Light travels in circular paths, producing some weird (but lawful)
optical effects. Astronauts on the moon looked back on what they
thought was a blue sphere in the distance. Actually it was the
inside of the earth's shell, through sight lines that flared like
the bell of a trumpet, producing the *illusion* of a sphere.
The optical distortion is something like the wide angle view through
a fisheye lens.
As we look to the sky and the horizons, our visual field is filled
with a sphere some 4,000 miles in diameter. Celestial bodies that
revolve around the earth's center appear to "rise" and "set" as they
enter or leave that sphere.
Cyrus Teed said that the moon is an illusion, that gravity is really

centrifugal force, and that a horizontal line on the earth's surface
eventually intersects the earth's upward curvature.
We like to think that if he were alive today he would junk some of
his earlier predictions to conform to inverse geometry, thereby
keeping his theory irrefutable.
The centrifugal-force idea is demonstrably false. If it were so,
there would be two points on the earth's surface where the force
disappeared -- along the axis of spin.
It is gravity of a peculiar kind that pulls us all to the outside.
Teed's rectilineator experiment must have been in error. A line
that appears horizontal actually curves in toward the center and so
gets farther and farther "above" the surface.
Teed would have embraced Einstein's view of a finite, bounded
universe in which light travels in circles and eventually returns to
its starting point.
An infinitely powered telescope aimed straight up, Einstein said,
will eventually produce a view of the other side of the earth.
That idea might seem paradoxical to most of us, but it would have
been intuitively obvious to Cyrus Teed.
... the Australian Journal _Speculations in Science and Technology
has published an article by Mostafa A Abdelkader, of Alexandria,
Egypt, that considers in all seriousness the proposal that we really
*are* in a hollow Earth.
Abdelkader says that the only way to test the theory's validity is
to drill a tunnel straight through the earth.
Until such an experiment is performed, he writes, "it seems ... that
the odds are strongly in favor of [a hollow Earth] being our actual
universe."

Jim... I have been following the threads on Paranet Alpha and was particularly
interested in the comments by John Lear and Bill Cooper, both claiming to have
"inside Information" on the coverup. Lear is of course well known for his
controversial theories, and Cooper had begun adding additional info. including
a warning about the new Project Blue Book! These threads became rife with
epithets and name-calling, yet Lear & Cooper seemed to hold up under the
pressure. Next thing I see is that Cooper has been kicked off... is there any
chance that you could share any details on why you consider him a liar? I must
confess he had me fooled, and Lear said he had almost forsaken Paranet entirely
due to constant derision by skeptics until the corroborating remarks of Cooper
appeared on the board! I'm all for truth as you are, and I'm also for freedom
of speech where honest research and hypotheses are concerned. I know you're
swamped with input etc.and just hope you can clear this up a bit. Any further
details would be greatly appreciated.

As you know, I had posted a general notice on ParaNet Alpha to the effect that
anyone knowingly posting false or misleading information regarding government
involvement in UFO investigation, or any other paranormal field, would be given
the boot. I've done it before, and I'll continue to do it. I didn't want anyone
to get the impression that I was singling out Cooper. I ixnayed a guy named
Lemming for the same thing over a year ago.
Before he began his public posting of controversial files, Cooper had been
privately sending me files containing much the same information -- names of
black projects and their stated goals. Some of those project names we had heard
before: MJ-12, Aquarius, Sigma, Snowbird, etc. Some were new: Plato, Excalibur,
etc. I was told to forward the information to researcher Stan Friedman for
verification, which I did. I also made it available to several other sources
whom I knew to have very high security clearances within the intelligence
community, and who counted themselves UFO believers. I believed Cooper's
information was 90% regurgitation of what was known publicly, and 10%
embellishment, some of which was inspired by Lear's information, some inspired
by information from another bogus "insider" named Jeff Felix. Stan Friedman was
unable to substantiate any of Cooper's claims, and my intelligence sources
actually had a good laugh over it. These sources will remain anonymous, despite
any protests from Cooper. He has accused the government in complicity with an
alien takeover plot, and refuses to name his sources; two can play that game.
The reason I did not take the same action with John Lear is this: John has
continually stated that his information is nothing more than an hypothesis,
based on information from "confidential informants" and other sources such as
"UFO CRASH AT AZTEC." Wild as his story is, none of it can be directly
contradicted by the public record because there IS no public record. Cooper, on
the other hand, strongly implied that he had direct knowledge that his
information was correct, based on his memory of actually having seen government
documents. He further implied that he was getting much of his info from an
MJ-12 insider, and stated several times that his life was imperiled by passing
it on. His info was full of internal inconsistencies; some of it could be
directly contradicted by known intelligence procedures; and the inability of
Stan Friedman, who is known to be in contact with people claiming to be MJ-12
insiders, to verify Cooper's info, all these factors led to my decision.
I've worked for two and a half years to build ParaNet's credibility as a source
of paranormal information, and I saw that work crumbling under a mountain of
self-aggrandizing messages and cloak-and-dagger files, and most dangerous of
all, many people were coming to associate ParaNet EXCLUSIVELY with this sort of
activity. While we pride ourselves on having the inside story, brother, that
ain't it.
Hope this makes it clearer.

John Lear, a captain for a major US Airline has flown over 160
different types of aircraft in over 50 different countries. He holds
17 world speed records in the Lear Jet and is the only pilot ever to
hold every airline certificate issued by the Federal Aviation
Administration. Mr. Lear has flown missions worldwide for the CIA and
other government agencies. A former Nevada State Senator candidate,
he is the son of William P. Lear, designer of the Lear Jet executive
airplane, the 8-track stereo, and founder of Lear Siegler Corporation.
Lear became interested in the subject of UFO's 13 months ago after
talking with United States Air Force Personnel who had witnessed a UFO
landing at Bentwaters AFB, near London, England, and three small
aliens walking up to the Wing Commander.

The first truth stated here got Giordano Bruno burned at the stake in
AD 1600 for daring to propose that it was real. The second truth has
gotten far more people killed trying to state it publicly than will
ever be known.
But the truth must be told. The fact that the Earth revolves around
the sun was successfully suppressed by the church for over 200 years.
It eventually caused a major upheaval in the church, government, and
thought. A realignment of social and traditional values. That was in
the 1800's.
Now, about 400 years after the first truth was pronounced we must
again face the shocking facts. The "horrible truth" the government
has been hiding from us over 40 years. Unfortunately, the "horrible
truth" is far more horrible than the government ever imagined.
In its effort to protect democracy, our government sold us to the
aliens. And here is how it happened. But before I begin, I'd like to
offer a word in the defense of those who bargained us away. They had
the best of intentions.
Germany may have recovered a flying saucer as early as 1939. General
James H. Doolittle went to Sweden in 1946 to inspect a flying saucer
that had crashed there in Spitzbergen.
The "horrible truth" was known by only a very few persons: They were
indeed ugly little creatures, shaped like praying mantises and who
were more advanced than us by perhaps a billion years. Of the
original group that were the first to learn the "horrible truth",
several committed suicide, the most prominent of which was General
James V. Forrestal who jumped to his death from a 16th story hospital
window. General Forrestal's medical records are sealed to this day.
President Truman quickly put a lid on the secret and turned the screws
so tight that the general public still thinks that flying saucers are
a joke. Have I ever got a surprise for them.
In 1947, President Truman established a group of 12 of the top
military scientific personnel of their time. They were known as MJ-
12. Although the group exists today, none of the original members are
still alive. The last one to die was Gordon Gray, former Secretary of
the Army, in 1984. As each member passed away, the group itself
appointed a new member to fill the position. There is some
speculation that the group known as MJ-12 expanded to at least several
more members.
There were several more saucer crashes in the late 1940's, one in
Roswell, New Mexico, one in Aztec, New Mexico, and one near Laredo,
Texas, about 30 miles inside the Mexican border.
Consider, if you will, the position of the United States Government at
that time. They proudly thought of themselves as the most powerful
nation on Earth, having recently produced the atomic bomb, an
achievement so stupendous, it would take Russia 4 years to catch up,
and only with the help of traitors to Democracy. They had built a jet
aircraft that had exceeded the speed of sound in flight. They had
built jet bombers with intercontinental range that could carry weapons
of enormous destruction. The post war era, and the future seemed
bright. Now imagine what it was like for those same leaders, all of
whom had witnessed the panic of Orson Wells' radio broadcast, "The War
of the Worlds", in 1938. Thousands of Americans panicked at a
realistically presented invasion of Earth by beings from another
planet. Imagine their horror as they actually viewed the dead bodies
of these frightening looking little creatures with enormous eyes,
reptilian skin and claw like fingers. Imagine their shock as they
attempted to determine how these strange "saucers" were powered and
could discover no part even remotely similar to components they were
familiar with: no cylinders or pistons, no vacuum tubes or turbines or
hydraulic actuators. It is only when you fully understand the
overwhelming helplessness the government was faced with in the late
40's that you can comprehend their perceived need for a total,
thorough, and sweeping cover up, to include the use of "deadly force".
The cover-up was so successful that as late as 1985 a senior scientist
with the Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California, Dr. Al
Hibbs, would look at a video tape of an enormous flying saucer and
state the record, "I'm not going to assign anything to that (UFO)
phenomena without a lot more data". Dr. Hibbs was looking at the
naked emperor and saying, "He certainly looks naked, but that doesn't
prove he's naked."
In July of 1952, a panicked government watched helplessly as squadron
of "flying saucers" flew over Washington, D.C., and buzzed the White
House, the Capitol Building, and the Pentagon. It took all the
imagination and intimidation the government could muster to force that
incident out of the memory of the public.
Thousands of sightings occurred during the Korean war and several more
saucers were retrieved by the Air Force. Some were stored at Wright-
Patterson Air Force Base, some were stored at Air Force bases near the
location of the crash sight.
One saucer was so enormous and the logistic problems in transportation
so enormous that it was buried at the crash sight and remains there
today. The stories are legendary on transporting crashed saucers over
long distances, moving only at night, purchasing complete farms,
slashing through forests, blocking major highways, sometimes driving 2
and 3 lo-boys in tandem with and extraterrestrial load a hundred feet
in diameter.
On April 30, 1964, the first communication between these aliens and
the U.S. Government took place at Holloman Air Force Base in New
Mexico. 3 saucers landed at a prearranged area and a meeting was held
between the aliens and intelligence officers of the U.S. Government.
During the period of 1969-1971, MJ-12 representing the U.S. Government
made a deal with these creatures, called EBE's (Extraterrestrial
Biological Entities, named by Detley Bronk, original MJ-12 member and
6th President of Johns Hopkins University). The "deal" was that in
exchange for "technology" that they would provide to us, we agreed to
"ignore" the abductions that were going on and suppress information on
the cattle mutilations. The EBE's assured MJ-12 that the abductions
(usually lasting about 2 hours) were merely the ongoing monitoring of
developing civilizations.
In fact, the purposes for the abductions turned out to be:
(1) The insertion of a 3mm spherical device through the nasal cavity
of the abductee into the brain. the device is used for the biological
monitoring, tracking, and control of the abductee.
(2) Implementation of Posthypnotic Suggestion to carry out a specific
activity during a specific time period, the actuation of which will
occur within the next 2 to 5 years.
(3) Termination of some people so that they could function as living
sources for biological material and substances.
(4) Termination of individuals who represent a threat to the
continuation of their activity.
(5) Effect genetic engineering experiments.
(6) Impregnation of human females and early termination of
pregnancies to secure the crossbreed infant.
 
The U.S. Government was not initially aware of the far reaching
consequences of their "deal". They were led to believe that the
abductions were essentially benign and since they figured the
abductions would probably go on anyway whether they agreed or not,
they merely insisted that a current list of abductees be submitted, on
a periodic basis, to MJ-12 and the National Security Council. Does
this sound incredible? An actual list of abductees sent to the
National Security Council? Read on, because I have news for you.
The EBE's have a genetic disorder in that their digestive system is
atrophied and not functional. Some speculate that they were involved
in some type of accident or nuclear war, or possibly on the back side
of an evolutionary genetic curve. In order to sustain themselves they
use an enzyme or hormonal secretion obtained from the tissue that they
extract from humans and animals. (Note: Cows and Humans are
genetically similar. In the event of a national disaster, cow's blood
can be used by humans.)
The secretions obtained are then mixed with hydrogen peroxide and
applied on the skin by spreading or dipping parts of their bodies in
the solution. The body absorbs the solution, then excretes the waste
back through the skin. The cattle mutilations that were prevalent
throughout the period from 1973 to 1983 and publicly noted through
newspaper and magazine stories and included a documentary produced by
Linda Howe for the Denver CBS affiliate KMGH-TV, were for the
collection of these tissues by the aliens. The mutilations included
genitals taken, rectums cored out to the colon, eyes, tongue, and
throat all surgically removed with extreme precision. In some cases
the incisions were made by cutting between the cells, a process we are
not yet capable of performing in the field. In many of the
mutilations there was no blood found at all in the carcass, yet there
was no vascular collapse of the internal organs. This has been also
noted in the human mutilations, one of the first of which was Sgt.
Jonathan P. Louette at the White Sands Missile Test Range in 1956, who
was found three days after an Air Force Major had witnessed his
abduction by a "disk shaped" object at 0300 while on a search for
missile debris downrange. His genitals had been removed, rectum cored
out in a surgically precise "plug" up to the colon, eyes removed and
all blood removed with, again, no vascular collapse. From some of the
evidence it is apparent that this surgery is accomplished, in most
cases, while the victim, animal or human, is still alive.
The various parts of the body are taken to various underground
laboratories, one of which is known to be near the small New Mexico
town of Dulce. This jointly occupied (CIA-Alien) facility has been
described as enormous, with huge tiled walls that "go on forever".
Witnesses have reported huge vats filled with amber liquid with parts
of human bodies being stirred inside.
After the initial agreement, Groom Lake, one of this nations most
secret test centers, was closed for a period of about a year, sometime
between about 1972 and 1974, and a huge underground facility was
constructed for and with the help of the EBE's. The "bargained for"
technology was set in place but could only be operated by the EBE's
themselves. Needless to say, the advanced technology could not be
used against the EBE's themselves, even if needed.
During the period between 1979 and 1983 it became increasingly obvious
to MJ-12 that things were not going as planned. It became known that
many more people (in the thousands) were being abducted than were
listed on the official abduction lists. In addition it became obvious
that some, not all, but some of the nation's missing children had been
used for secretions and other parts required by the aliens.
In 1979 there was an altercation of sorts at the Dulce laboratory. A
special armed forces unit was called in to try and free a number of
our people trapped in the facility, who had become aware of what was
really going on. According to one source, 66 of the soldiers were
killed and our people were not freed.
By 1984, MJ-12 must have been in stark terror at the mistake they had
made in dealing with the EBE's. They had subtly promoted "Close
Encounters of the Third Kind" and "E.T." to get the public used to
"odd looking" aliens that were compassionate, benevolent and very much
our "space brothers". MJ-12 "sold" the EBE's to the public, and were
now faced with the fact that quite the opposite was true. In
addition, a plan was formulated in 1968 to make the public aware of
the existence of aliens on earth over the next 20 years to be
culminated with several documentaries to be released during 1985-1987
period of time. These documentaries would explain the history and
intentions of the EBE's. The discovery of the "Grand Deception" put
the entire plans, hopes and dreams of MJ-12 into utter confusion and
panic.
Meeting at the "Country Club", a remote lodge with private golf
course, comfortable sleeping and working quarters, and its own private
airstrip built by and exclusively for the members of MJ-12, it was a
factional fight of what to do now. Part of MJ-12 wanted to confess
the whole scheme and shambles it had become to the public, beg their
forgiveness and ask for their support. The other part (and majority)
of MJ-12 argued that there was no way they could do that, that the
situation was untenable and there was no use in exciting the public
with the "horrible truth" and that the best plan was to continue the
development of a weapon that could be used against the EBE's under the
guise of "SDI", the Strategic Defense Initiative, which had nothing
whatsoever to do with a defense for inbound Russian nuclear missiles.
As these words are being written, Dr. Edward Teller, "father" of the
H-Bomb is personally in the test tunnels of the Nevada Test Site,
driving his workers and associates in the words of one, "like a man
possessed". And well he should, for Dr. Teller is a member of MJ-12
along with Dr. Kissenger, Admiral Bobby Inman, and possibly Admiral
Poindexter, to name a few of the current members of MJ-12.
Before the "Grand Deception" was discovered and according to a
meticulous plan of metered release of information to the public,
several documentaries and video tapes were made. William Moore, a
Burbank, California, based UFO researcher who wrote "The Roswell
Incident", a book published in 1980 that detailed the crash, recovery
and subsequent cover-up of a UFO with 4 alien bodies, has a video tape
of 2 newsmen interviewing a military officer associated with MJ-12.
This military officer answers questions relating to the history of MJ-
12 and the cover-up, the recovery of a number of flying saucers and
the existence of a live alien (one of 3 living aliens captured and
designated, or named, EBE-1, EBE-2, and EBE-3, being held in a
facility designated as YY-II at Los Alamos, New Mexico. The only
other facility of this type, which is electromagnetically secure, is
at Edwards Air Force Base in Mojave, California). The officer names
those previously mentioned plus a few others: Harold Brown, Richard
Helms, Gen. Vernon Walters, JPL's Dr. Lew Allen and Dr. Theodore von
Karman, to name a few of the current and past members of MJ-12.
The officer also relates the fact that the EBE's claim to have created
Christ. The EBE's have a type of recording device that has recorded
all of Earth's history and can display it in the form of a hologram.
This hologram can be filmed but because of the way holograms work does
not come out very clear on movie film or video tape. The crucifixion
of Christ on the Mount of Olives has allegedly been put on film to
show the public. The EBE's claim to have created Christ, which, in
view of the "Grand Deception", could be an effort to disrupt
traditional values for undetermined reasons.
Another video tape allegedly in existence is an interview with an EBE.
Since EBE's communicate telepathically, an Air Force Colonel serves as
an interpreter. Just before the recent stock market correction in
October of 1987, several newsmen, including Bill Moore, had been
invited to Washington, D.C., to personally film the EBE in a similar
type interview, and distribute the film to the public. Apparently,
because of the correction in the market, it was felt the timing was
not propitious. In any case, it certainly seems like an odd method to
inform the public of extraterrestrials, but it would be in keeping
with the actions of a panicked organization who at this point in time
doesn't know which way to turn.
Moore is also in possession of more Aquarius documents, a few pages of
which leaked out several years ago and detailed the supersecret NSA
project which had been denied by them until just recently. In a
letter to Senator John Glenn, NSA's Director of Policy, Julia B.
Wetzel, wrote, "Apparently there is or was an Air Force project with
that name (Aquarius) which dealt with UFO's. Coincidently, there is
also an NSA project by that name." NSA's project Aquarius deals
specifically with the "communications with the aliens" (the EBE's).
Within the Aquarius program was project "Snowbird", a project to test-
fly a recovered alien aircraft at Groom Lake, Nevada. This project
continues today at that location. In the words of an individual who
works at Groom Lake, "Our people are much better at taking things
apart than they are at putting them back together."
Moore, who claims he has a contact with MJ-12, feels that they have
been stringing him along, slipping him documents and providing him
leads, promising to go public with some of the information on
extraterrestrials by the end of 1987.
Certain of Moore's statements lead one to believe that Moore himself
is a government agent working for MJ-12, not to be strung along, but
string along ever hopeful UFOlogists that the truth is just around the
corner. Consider:
1. Moore states emphatically that he is not a government agent,
although when Lee Graham (a Southern California based UFOlogist) was
investigated by DIS (Defense Investigative Service) for possession of
classified documents received from Moore, Moore himself was not.
2. Moore states emphatically that the cattle mutilations of 1973-
1983 were a hoax by Linda Howe (producer of "A Strange Harvest") to
create publicity for herself. He cites the book "Mute Evidence" as
the bottom line of the hoax. "Mute Evidence" was a government
sponsored book to explain the mutilations in conventional terms.
3. Moore states that the U.S.A.F. Academy physics book,
"Introductory Space Science", vol. II chapter 13, entitled
"Unidentified Flying Objects", which describes four of the most
commonly seen aliens (one of which is the EBE) was written by Lt. Col.
Edward R. Therkelson and Major Donald B. Carpenter, Air Force
personnel who did not know what they were talking about and were
merely siting "crackpot" references. He, Moore, states that the book
was withdrawn to excise the chapter.
If the government felt they were being forced to acknowledge the
existence of aliens on Earth because of the overwhelming evidence such
as the October and November sightings in Wytheville, Va., and recently
released books such as "Night Siege" (Hynek, J. Allen;Imbrogno,
Phillip J.;Pratt, Bob:Night Siege, Ballantine Books, Random House, New
York), and taking into consideration the "grand deception" and
obviously hostile intentions of the EBE's, it might be expedient for
MJ-12 to admit the EBE's but conceal the information on the
mutilations and abductions. If MJ-12 and Moore were in some kind of
agreement then it would be beneficial to Moore to toe the party line.
For example, MJ-12 would say... "here are some more genuine
documents... but remember... no talking about the mutilations or
abductions". This would be beneficial to Moore as it would supply the
evidence to support his theory that E.T.'s exist but deny the truths
about the E.T.'s. However, if Moore was indeed working for MJ-12, he
would follow the party line anyway... admitting the E.T.'s but pooh
poohing the mutilations and abductions. If working alone, Moore might
not even be aware of the "grand deception".
Time will tell. It is possible that Moore will go ahead and release
the video interview with the military officer around the first of the
year, as he has promised. From MJ-12's point of view, the public
would be exposed to the information without really having to believe
it because Moore is essentially not as credible a source as, say, the
President of the United States. After a few months of digestion and
discussion, a more credible source could emerge with a statement that,
"yes, in fact the interview was essentially factual". This scenario
would cushion somewhat the blow to the public. If, however, Moore
does not release the tape by, say, February 1 of 1988, but comes
instead with a story similar to: "MJ-12 has informed me that they are
definitely planning a release of all information by October of 88. I
have seen the plan and have seen the guarantee that this will happen,
so I have decided to withhold the release of my video tape at this
time as it may cause some problems with MJ-12's plans." This would in
effect buy more time for MJ-12 and time is what they desperately need.
Now you ask, "Why haven't I heard about any of this?" Who do you think
you would hear it from? Dan Rather? Tom Brokaw? Sam Donaldson?
Wrong. These people just read the news, they don't find it. They
have ladies who call and interview witnesses and verify statements on
stories coming over the wire (either AP or UPI). It's not like Dan
Rather would go down to Wytheville, Virginia, and dig into why there
were 4 THOUSAND reported sightings in October and November of 1987.
Better that Tom Brokaw or someone else should risk their credibility
on this type of story. Tom Brokaw? Tom wants Sam Donaldson to risk
his credibility. No one, but no one, is going to risk their neck on
such outlandish ideas, regardless of how many people report sightings
of 900 foot objects running them off the road. In the case of the
Wytheville sightings, dozens of vans with NASA lettered on the side
failed to interest newsmen. And those that asked questions were
informed that NASA was doing a weather survey.
Well then, you ask, what about our scientists? What about Carl Sagan?
Isaac Asimov? Arthur C. Clarke? Wouldn't they have known? If Carl
Sagan knows then he is committing a great fraud through the
solicitation of memberships in the Planetary Society, "to search for
extraterrestrial intelligence". Another charade into which the U.S.
Government dumps million of dollar every year is the radio telescope
in Arecibo, Puerto Rico, operated by Cornell University with - guess
who? - Carl Sagan. Cornell is ostensibly searching for signals from
Outer Space, a sign maybe, that somebody is out there. It is hard to
believe that relatively intelligent astronomers like Sagan could be so
ignorant.
What about Isaac Asimov? Surely the most prolific science fiction
writer of all time would have guessed by now that there must be an
enormous cover-up? Maybe, but if he knows he's not saying. Perhaps
he's afraid that "Foundation" and "Empire" will turn out to be
inaccurate.
What about Arthur C. Clarke? Surely the most technically accurate of
Science Fiction writers with very close ties to NASA would have at
least a hint of what's really going on. Again, if so he isn't
talking. In a recent Science Fiction survey, Clarke estimates that
contact with extraterrestrial intelligent life would not occur before
the 21st Century.
If the government won't tell us the truth and the major networks won't
even give it serious consideration, then what is the big picture,
anyway? Are the EBE's, having done a hundred thousand or more
abductions (possibly millions worldwide), built an untold number of
secret underground bases (Groom Lake, Nevada; Sunspot, Datil, Roswell,
and Pine Town, New Mexico, just to name a few) getting ready to return
to wherever they came from? Or, form the obvious preparations are we
to assume that they are getting ready for a big move? Or is the more
sinister and most probable situation that the invasion is essentially
complete and it is all over but the screaming?
A well planned invasion of Earth for it's resources and benefits would
not begin with mass landings of ray-gun equipped aliens. A properly
planned and executed invasion by a civilization thousands and probably
hundreds of thousands of years in advance of us would most likely be
complete before even a handful of people (say 12?) realized what was
happening. No fuss, no muss. The best advice I can give you is this:
Next time you see a flying saucer and are awed by its obvious display
of technology and gorgeous lights of pure color - RUN LIKE HELL!

In a recent series of uploads provided to Freenet by Dale Wedge
and Jim Speiser of Paranet, a December 29, 1987 statement by John Lear
was quoted. Mr. Lear is a reputable and apparently highly qualified
airline pilot with impressive credentials. Every so often one finds
something in UFOlogy which is simply staggering in its implications
but valueless without supporting evidence and therefore, "hard to
swallow." Although he should be admired for his courage in presenting
this information (obtained from various "sources") without hard
objective evidence, Mr. Lear's statement can only be regarded as
interesting reading without evidentiary support. In short, he sets a
nice table but leaves us waiting for dinner.

Were it not for his credentials and ParaNet's assurance of his
"numerous contacts in sensitive positions," the otherwise outlandish
claims he makes could be dismissed as entertaining fiction. However,
Mr. Lear's character and reputation require that greater consideration
be given to his statement. >>
In summary, Mr. Lear contends that our government has for over 40
years been concealing from the public a "horrible truth" concerning an
"invasion" of Earth by EBEs (Extraterrestrial Biological Entities).
He alleges that the U.S. government has conducted "business with
little gray extraterrestrials for about 20 years," i.e. we were "sold"
by MJ-12 to the aliens in exchange for technology and to preserve our
democracy. He contends that our government agreed to ignore
human/cattle abductions and mutilations, but that the deeply sinister
purposes of these activities were not completely understood by MJ-12
until about 1984. >>
Without explaining the EBE's reason(s) to do business with the
most powerful nation on Earth when they could covertly continue their
activities in the Third World without concern, or why these advanced
and powerful aliens would even want or require our "agreement" to
continue their activities, Mr. Lear maintains that the purposes of the
abductions are:
(1) The insertion of a 3mm spherical device through the nasal cavity
of the abductee into the brain. The device is used for the biological
monitoring, tracking, and control of the abductee.
(2) Implementation of Posthypnotic Suggestion to carry out a specific
activity during a specific time period, the actuation of which will
occur within the next 2 to 5 years.
(3) Termination of some people so that they could function as living
sources for biological material and substances. (Why not cadavers?)
(4) Termination of individuals who present a threat to the
continuation of their activity.
(5) Effect genetic engineering experiments.
(6) Impregnation of human females and early termination of
pregnancies to secure the crossbreed infant.

He cites the history of UFOlogy in the 40's and 50's, contending
that several crashed saucers and at least 3 live aliens have been
captured and hidden by the government. But would such a powerful
adversary permit humans to hold, study and possibly copy crashed
saucers or permit us to keep captured aliens, or would they simply
take them back? >>
The EBEs are said to suffer from an atrophied digestive system
which requires that they sustain themselves by absorbing through the
skin a solution made from certain enzyme/hormonal secretions derived
from cattle and humans and collected by ghoulish cattle and human
mutilations. The various body parts said to be obtained in this
manner are then supposed to be taken for processing to various hidden
laboratories jointly maintained by the aliens and CIA in the
Southwestern U.S. Although this description of the alien's atrophied
digestive tract agrees with alleged autopsies of dead aliens (reported
by Stringfield, et al). It is difficult to accept that in at least
2000 years of genetic engineering on cattle and humans, the aliens
have not collected enough material to maintain their own "livestock"
and feed themselves without CIA cooperation.

Mr. Lear maintains that a 20 year plan for release of UFO
information to the public (including the history and intentions of the
EBE's) to be completed by 1987-88, was terminated when the "horrible
truth" became apparent. Indeed, during the first year of the Carter
Administration, various media sources, including Walter Cronkite on
the "CBS Evening News" and " U.S. News and World Report," reported
that before the end of that year the administration was to release UFO
information of a "startling" nature. The information was never
released. He contends that "Star Wars" is in reality a defensive
response to the EBEs, not Soviet nuclear missiles, but does not
explain why the EBEs permit us to continue with SDI studies that pose
a threat to them.

perpetrated by the aliens, they maintain that Jesus was their creation
and that his crucifixion has been recorded in an alien holographic
videotape. There are also said to be other recordings by humans,
including an interview of an alien which is translated by an Air Force
Colonel and other tapes said to be held by UFO investigator William
Moore. It is difficult to understand why such a superior race,
capable of manipulating human civilization for a minimum of 2000
years, would wait to subjugate the planet for that same period. At
the time of Christ, our most advanced missile system was the
"slingshot." We are now capable of nuclear "suicide." Insane as that
would be, their food supply would go up with us.

What follows is a direct transcript used with permission, of an
interview I conducted with John Lear, author of Lear.txt in the files
section. Hopefully, this interview will answer some of your questions
as well as some of mine.
Brad Langton 02-Feb-88 approx. 1:30AM to 3:30AM
<LANGTON> Ok, we're "live" so to speak... you just mentioned that
there were 70 other species in contact with this world... of which 4
others were overt...are they aware of the EBE's?
<LEAR> Yes they are. The types I will mention are listed in a USAF
Academy Physics book called Introductory Space Science Volume 2. I
refer to Chapter 13 about page 8 which lists the ones that are most
seen. They are the EBE's the "blondes". (also called the Nordics).
They look just like us but are invariably blonde haired and blue eyed.
Don't know where they come from but they do not interact with us
except for a few abductions now and then.
<LEAR> We also have a species that is similar to us in appearance but
they are about 7 ft tall and the main difference is that their eyes
wrap around the head a little more than ours. Another type listed is
a small species about 4 ft. tall, very hairy and extremely strong for
their size. We don't know where these guys come from either. All
this was in the aforementioned text which was withdrawn by the Air
Force in the early 70's from the book. But there are several people
that have the original book. The EBE's are about the only ones where
we are pretty sure where they come from and that is Zeta Reticuli 1 &
2, a binary star system visible only from the southern hemisphere,
spectral class of G 2 and 38 light years from here. It is possible
that they use some form of the Einstein Rosen Bridge theory (wormholes
in space) to get here. We know all this from the work that Marjorie
Fish did in the in the early 70's. There is a good article about it
in Astronomy Magazine Dec 1974. There was also a reprint of this
article in 1976 which had all the comments and rebuttals and rebuttals
to rebuttals by Carl Sagan, Bob Schaefer etc etc.
<LANGTON> I remember reading about the characterizations of ET's that
you have described about 25 years ago. I also recall a book by a
George Adamski or Adamson... not sure which, regarding these golden
haired aliens. In the Interrupted Journey, I believe it was Betty
Hill that under hypnosis revealed many of the invasive techniques used
on abductees. Also, Perhaps it was in the article on the Zeti
Reticuli Incident that a woman under hypnosis reconstructed a 3D model
of the Zeta Star system with the relative positions of the other stars
as they would have appeared as established by computer modeling. I
guess one of the primary questions is, if there are other forms
visiting and/or interacting with humans, are they completely
insensitive to these "arrangements" put out by the EBE's with the
government?
<LEAR> This may be hard to swallow but its my information from
government sources that the blondes adhere to a universal law of non-
interference and even though the EBE's are not doing us any favors
that they, the Blondes will not do anything about it unless the EBE's
do something that will affect another part of the universe. Back to
Adamski. He has been labeled as a fraud however like all things
nothing is all black or all white. Some of his stuff was true. But
its hard to separate which stuff. He claimed that the Blondes came
from Venus or Mars which is highly, highly unlikely. As far as the
map it was drawn by Betty Hill under hypnosis in 2 D. It was Majorie
Fish that did the interpretation to bring it into 3 D.
<LANGTON> I was uncertain about who exactly was the originator of the
map, so I gather that the map must necessarily be a matter of
speculation regarding its veracity as well. I'm curious also as to
the government's plans, if any, to deal with an uprising of EBEs
should that eventuality occur... or would the technological gap make
such an attempt untenable.
<LEAR> It's my understanding that we have already lost the battle.
This is the reason why MJ-12 is in such a panic. They had a lot of
well laid plans to inform us etc. etc. and when the deception was
confirmed about 1984 it was all out the window. Back to Betty Hill
for a minute...under hypnosis she recalled being given a pregnancy
test...a needle was inserted in her stomach. She recalls saying that
this was no pregnancy test here on earth (1962)
<LEAR> Amniocentesis was developed around 1972-1973 and uses the exact
same procedures. In 1986 a British doctor had given an amniocentesis
to a woman and was looking at the fluid under a microscope. He saw a
tiny speck and started enlarging it. When he got it big enough to see
what he found was what looked like a computer chip attached to one of
the chromosomes. This doctor and 6 others wrote an open letter in
Nature Magazine, one of Britains' most respected scientific journals,
along with a picture of the chip, and asked any doctor or scientist
anywhere that could held explain what they were seeing. If you do not
have a copy of this page, I can send it to you.
<LANGTON> That would be helpful. Also the Vol, issue, date etc.
Recently in the INF treaty negotiations, Gorbachev indicated that
despite prior claims, they too were working on an SDI program... Is
there any connection between our program and theirs and if the battle
is lost, why are these attempts being made?
<LEAR> I wish I knew the answer to that. Several rumors have come out
of the test site recently and one of them was that every test shot
this year has been to make a giant room. The shots are very clean and
as soon as everything subsides they move in equipment to make walls,
ceiling, floors and various levels.
<LANGTON> Several critics have highlighted the apparent discrepancies
between our medical technology and that of the EBEs as to synthesizing
plasma material. Also, technological gaps between our cultures
suggest that solicitation of indigenous humans for their undertakings
seems akin to asking help from chimpanzees... my analogy... what about
these concerns?
<LEAR> All of these questions are valid and show a lot of thought.
All I know is what I wrote. Its very hard to speculate the reasons
why or why not a species almost a billion years older than us would do
anything. This is not a cop-out...I just don't know and don't want to
guess.
<LANGTON> Given that material that you have access to is ambiguous on
some of these issue and that there may be a hidden agenda on the part
of the EBEs regarding the purposes for their being here, is it not
also possible that, assuming there is a "truth" here, which I'm sure
you understand, must remain unsubstantiated in the absence of hard
data, that the government may also, unknown to you or perhaps others
"in the know," a failsafe mechanism to undermine this whole EBE
project if the need should arise?
<LEAR> Its my understanding from those 'in the know;' (and as late as
one week ago) that the situation is 'ominous'.
<<< LONG PAUSE >>>
<LANGTON> Please understand my pauses... have to consider the next
question...
<LEAR> Ok, meantime looking for the date and issue of Nature.
<LANGTON> I recall now, one of my users requested information on the
"Roswell Incident" and if it were in any way tied to any of this?
<LEAR> Yes, the Roswell crash was the first recovered flying saucer
crash in the U.S. Bill Moore located 90 material witnesses to the
crash. It was near Corona, N.M. and a few months ago I interviewed
Mrs. Procter near whose ranch this thing crashed. 4 bodies were
recovered. There is one person still alive at this moment who helped
Mac Brazel drag some of the wreckage to the shed. He and Brazel were
approached at that time by (I know its hard to believe but the guy is
going to come forward soon) an alien who told them both to keep their
mouths shut. He is the last guy alive that was directly connected
with that retrieval.
<LANGTON> Are you saying that the others involved were murdered?
<LEAR> No. No. They have just passed away. That was a long time
ago. The last guy to die was Maj. Jesse Marcel, The intelligence
officer at Roswell who went out and helped pick up the wreckage.
Before he died a few years ago he went public with his account which
was that the crash was not a balloon or a radar reflector or an
airplane. He didn't state what it was, but said it was not of this
earth. I have a transcript of the cassette tape of his memories of
picking up the wreckage, its only a page long if you would like me to
send that.
<LANGTON> Of course, any information you have will be helpful... What
of yourself, why are you coming forward now, particularly placing the
spotlight on yourself... aren't you concerned that there may be some
sort of repercussions from the government regarding the stir this is
and will continue to cause?
<LEAR> Hopefully the spotlight will be on the information and not on
myself. No there is not too much worry because, well let me say that
5 years ago I wouldn't have gotten away with this but things are so
screwed up now that one voice talking to...what 50? 100? people
can't make any possible difference. Also if something was going to
happen it would have happened a few weeks ago. I wrote Dr. Lew Allen,
Director of JPL and MJ-12 member that I was going to do a story on his
participation in MJ-12 particularly because JPL employed 8000 people
in the Southern California area. I also enclosed a copy of my
hypothesis and told him it was on ParaNet and CompuServe. Dr. Allen
has a reputation of responding to all mail in a very prompt manner.
But me? I didn't hear anything. Not even a "John Lear you must be
crazy." He wrote a letter to Max Fiebleman of Los Angeles on the 18th
of December. Max had sent him a copy of the Hudson Valley video and
asked Dr. Allen to look at it. Dr. Allen responded that he had taken
a quick glance but did not have the time for anything more and on the
basis of what he saw determined that it was a blimp. He also wished
Max a Merry Christmas. Now......this is one of the worlds greatest
scientists? Not interested in that Hudson Valley video tape?
Gimme a break.
<LANGTON> There are certainly a lot of inconsistencies seemingly from
everywhere on this issue. As you know, Jim Speiser and ParaNet are
often published in some form, usually a quote from Jim, in the major
UFOlogy magazines... I would suspect that this matter will be reaching
a lot more people than just those of us here in the BBS community.
What of the future...can we expect more information, hard or soft
evidence that will help align the apparent inconsistencies or at best,
give a more cohesive picture of some of the answers to questions that
your original release has raised?
<LEAR> I would be very surprised if some kind of statement from the
government is not forthcoming within the year, more probably within 6
months possibly much sooner... That's about all I can speculate from
the information I am getting.
<LANGTON> Well, you can be assured that we will be continuing to watch
these developments should they occur. Last year there was a similar
promise of major information by year's end... you got in just under
the wire but the other information was not this information, at least
not necessarily as coming from you. Time is running short for me here
and I want to thank you for incurring the phone bill for this
interview but I think it is important that we try to get as many
answers on this as possible. Do you have any closing statements that
you would like to make at this time?
<LEAR> Just to thank you for your time and I will be sending you the
aforementioned documents etc.
<LANGTON> Thank you very much John, your participation will no doubt
add a level of credibility to your desire to spare little expense in
helping us find the truth about all this.

I have decided to come out of the closet and let the UFO community know
everything that I know and have seen and that my sources have communicated to

UFOlogists with much fertile ground for research. I hope you all can benefit
and most of all I hope this helps to expose the whole issue as quickly as

When I released PUBLIC02.DOC my purpose was to expose the documents and
information released by William Moore et al as being fraudulent and
misleading. Indeed it was. MAJESTIC TWELVE is an advisory team of
scientists who's only purpose is to evaluate information and make
recomendations. This team does exist as a scattered bunch of men who do
not meet regularly as a group. The information gathered by the control
group MAJI is released to MAJESTIC TWELVE when study is needed. MAJESTIC
TWELVE has never been given the whole truth. MAJI is the MAJESTIC AGENCY
FOR JOINT INTELLIGENCE and has total control of information and interface
with the aliens in dealings with the United States Government.
Some of the documents released by Moore were changed from the original
with the deliberate intent to mislead UFO researchers. I do not know who
is responsible but I believe that the Government is behind the whole thing.
The rest of the documents are deliberate frauds. I am releasing the truth
which I have obtained from excellent sources within the intelligence
community in order to set the record straight.
MAJI is the sole agency in control and responsible for every past and
present consequence of contact with the alien presence. MAJIC is the
security classification of all projects and information connected with the
aliens, their craft, their bases, and dealings with the United States
Government. MAJIC means MAJI CONTROLED. MAJIC is the highest security
classification in the nation.
The name of the overall project is GRUDGE and always has been. GRUDGE is
the proword for AQUARIUS and a few other projects as you will see when you
read the rest of this file.
The AQUARIUS document released by Moore which he claims was given to him
by Mr. Graham was changed and I am including a reconstructed document as it
was presented to me by one of my sources. I am also including all the
information (in short form) that I presently have regarding the U.S.
Government and the Aliens. This information has been reviewed by 3
different people who know the information but do not know each other and
they have made some corrections to the document. If the information
deviates somewhat from information that I have previously released it is
due to those corrections. My previous information was from memory of
documents seen over 16 years ago and I am pleased that my memory has
withstood the rigors of time quite well. In case you doubt that I had the
information previous to this release you may check with Stan Friedman, Tom
Mickus, Don Ecker, John Lear, and Bryon Smith as I had given the
information to them some time ago.
Any document you see where I stated that MAJESTIC TWELVE was the control
group was a test of Moore et al and was never to be posted or released
publicly. The public posting of those documents was done by Jim Spieser
against my wishes. He was told that the information was mixed as a test
but he posted them anyway. They contain true and false information and
should be ignored. The information contained in this file is true and
correct to the best of my knowledge and to the knowledge of my sources.
THIS IS THE ONLY FILE REGARDING THE GOVERNMENT AND THE ALIENS THAT I CAN
HONESTLY SAY IS THE TRUE INFORMATION IN WHOLE AS I KNOW IT. It is backed
by the John Lear Hypothesis, Paul Bennewicz' information, William
Stienman's information, the Fenwick interview, and other bits of
information which is in the hands of UFOLOGISTS. The test of time will
prove this information to be true and correct. Nothing in this file
contradicts my PUBLIC02.DOC. This file should clear the air regarding my
statements and actions thus far. In this file you will find information
which you have never had before and it should open up numerous paths for
SERIOUS UFO researchers to explore.
I have many documents and letters to back up this information much of
which I have already released and much of which is the product of your own
research. John Lear has in his possession many letters and documents which
will also back up this file. William Stienman is another. I would also

interview is another source of information, along with the FEDEX files on
Paranet Alpha. The Bill English file is another excellent source as he really
did read the GRUDGE/BLUE BOOK REPORT NO. 13. The letter from the man who
participated in Project PLUTO is right on the money although he mistook the
term PLUTO/POUNCE as being project PLUTO that he worked on. He was a part of
POUNCE which comes under Project PLUTO thus PLUTO/POUNCE. The first word is
always the Proword and parent project while the second word is the project
itself.
Another FEDEX file contains the account of a man who worked at AREA 51 in
Nevada and stumbled upon Project REDLIGHT. The correct name is
GRUDGE/REDLIGHT. Put ALL your information together from ALL your different
files you will see that this information is all there for you to see and verify
from different sources who neither know each other or even know about each
other in most instances. It is all there and all you need to do is put it
together. I must admit that I had a much easier time of it having seen the
information and having excellent sources. I knew what to look for, but at
least I looked.
William Moore must know much more than he lets on. He has to know
something other than the phony information that he has released or he would
not go to such pains to alter the information (by his own admission). I
cannot believe that he has been so completely duped after having read "The

(TS/ORCON) (PROWORD): GRUDGE Contains 16 volumes of documented
information collected from the beginning of the United States'
investigation of Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs) and Identified Alien
Crafts (IAC). The Project was originally established in 1953, by order of
President Eisenhower, under control of CIA and MAJI. In 1960, the
Project's name was changed from Project SIGN to Project Aquarius. The

mutually acceptable terms were agreed upon. These terms involved the
exchange of technology for secrecy of Alien presence and non interference

1976. Its mission was to establish communication with Aliens. This

established primative communications with the Aliens. On April 25, 1964, a
USAF intelligence officer met with Aliens at Holloman AFB, New Mexico. The
contact lasted for approximately three hours. After several attempted
methods of communicating the intelligence officer managed to exchange basic

established in 1954. Its mission was to test fly a recovered Alien
aircraft. First attempts resulted in destruction of the craft and death of

ALIENS. THE ALIEN LIFE FORMS ARE "MALEVOLENT"
(DANGEROUS). THEY REQUIRE BLOOD AND OTHER BIOLOGICAL
FLUIDS TO SURVIVE. YES THEY DO LIKE ICE CREAM (NO JOKE)
BUT THEY CANNOT LIVE ON IT. THEY ABDUCT HUMANS AND

I have information now (its about time) that the existance of
Project GABRIEL has been confirmed. The weapon was developed
and assembled at Ling Tempco Vought in Anahiem California.
It was described to me as being able to totally level ANY
man made structure from a distance of 2 miles. It was tested
at White Sands Proving grounds. It was developed between
1975 and 1978. It is a long horn shaped device connected to
a computer and amplifiers.
I have also confirmed the existance of an alien craft at a
hanger at Edwards AFB. The hanger is at North Base. It has
been guarded by NON Edwards personnel (NRO - DELTA). The
guards had a badge that was red with a black triangle on the
face of the badge. No one was allowed near the hanger
without the badge. These people are no longer guarding the
hanger. The Edwards security force are instructed to check
the hanger each hour and report status. The hanger is locked
and no one is allowed inside. Edwards security personnel
have been instructed never to enter the hanger even if it has
been broken into.
I have also confirmed the esistance of alien material at a
hanger designated HANGER 1051 at Edwards AFB.

The typical MALEVOLENT (ALF) as represented thus far can be
described as follows:
1. Between 3 to 5 ft. in hieght.
2. Erect standing biped. Long thin legs.
3. Small build (thin).
4. Head larger than normal (to human proportions).
5. Absence of auditory lobes (external earlobes).
6. Absence of body hair.
7. Large, tear shaped eyes, opacque black with
veretical slit pupils (cats eye).
8. Eyes slanted approx 35 degrees
9. Small straight mouth, thin lips.
10. Arms resemble praying mantis (normal attitude).
Arms reach to knees (extended).
11. Long hands (small palm)
12. Claw like fingers, two short, two long.
(webbed)
13. Tough, gray skin, reptile like in texture.
14. Small feet, 4 small claw like toes.
15. Some Organs are similar to humans but developed
in a different evolutionary process.
16. The most significant finding is that they have
a Nonfunctioning digestive system and two
separate brains. Digestive system in those
examined were atrophied. Conforms to absence
of provisions in recovered craft. (Prelininary
finding)
17. Movement is deliberate, slow, precise.

Alien subsistance requires that they must have
human blood and other human biological
substances to survive. In extreme
circumstances they can subsist on other animal
fluids. Food is converted to energy by
chlorophyl through photosynthesis and waste
products are excreted through skin. (Did they
evolve from plant life? Not known at this
time.) These creatures possess two separate
brains separated by mid cranial lateral bone
partition (anterior brain - posterior brain)

The confusion over the location of the alien base has prompted me to write
this file.
My sources are terrified of revealing the location. I do not know why
they are so afraid of revealing this information. I do not want anyone to
go near the place because they may be subject to injury.
I know that the main base is in New Mexico. There are may be two small
alien detachments. One at DREAMLAND and one at AREA 51. Both of these
locations are used to test fly alien craft. The main location for test
flights is at AREA 51. The aliens are helping us with the flights and with
the craft technology and there is at least a small detachment at those
locations
Excalibur is being developed to penetrate ground such as that found in New
Mexico. Paul Bennewicz swore that the base is in New Mexico. John Lear's
sources state that the base is in New Mexico. My sources originally told
me that the base was in New Mexico. The information that I read with my
own eyes stated that the base is in New Mexico. My sources panicked when I
told them that I was posting the information on a public forum. Because I
do not wish anyone to be injured while trying to "get a look" I will not
reveal the exact location except that it is located in the state of New
Mexico.
On this subject I believe that MAJIC2.TXT and MAJIC3.TXT are both correct
and I add AREA 51
The information concerning The FAR SIDE OF THE MOON is bad in MAJIC2.TXT
but is correct in MAJIC3.TXT. I hope that this file clears up the issue.

This is another TRILATERAL INSIGNIA that appeared in the
MAJESTY papers. It is worn on the alien uniforms (like one
piece tight coveralls). It is also displayed on various
alien craft. The astericks down the middle should be a
straight line but I was unable to do that on my computer.
The O's are really small circles but could not do that on my
computer either. The triangle should be equilatral but again
I could not do that on my computer. I do not know what
this means. It has also been seen from the air at some
landing sites.

This the first in a series of CUFON editorials: 07-JULY-1992

The most talked-about material in UFOlogy so far this year has to be the
"NASA Tape" first introduced to most of us by Mr. Don Ecker on the June 5,
1992 Hard Copy Show, and again later on the Larry King Show, June 26, 1992.
In fact, this tape has completely taken over most discussions on the subject.
Many theories have been put forward to explain the apparently anomalous
change of an object's trajectory in the featured portion of the tape. Put
simply, the explanations fall into two groups:
(1) the event is normal and can be explained conventionally, and
(2) a truly anomalous event is shown.
Mr. Dale Goudie of the UFO Reporting and Information Service points out what
is perhaps the most important part, certainly a neglected part of the event,
which can be seen if one continues to track the object as it apparently moves
out into space. Note that it * AGAIN * changes direction, back towards the
Earth on yet another trajectory! (This is visible on the Hard Copy segment 3
minutes, 9 seconds after the start of the segment on NASA tape, when Don
makes the remark "... propulsion system not made in Detroit.")
If the first change of direction and speed are the result of the shuttle's
maneuvering thrusters as some have theorized, what caused the SECOND change
of trajectory? We believe that this second direction change makes the
"maneuvering jets" explanation untenable.
We do not understand why this part of the event has not been discussed. Mr.
Dale Goudie mentioned the second change of trajectory prior to the Larry King
Show. during the Laura Lee Show (a Seattle radio call-in show), June 20,
1992, on which Mr. Don Ecker was the featured guest.
Mr. James Oberg was positioned opposite Mr. Ecker on the Larry king
broadcast. Much was made by all participants of Mr. Oberg's association with
NASA, but no mention was made of his connection to CSCIOP. Mr. Oberg is a
principal member of the UFO Subcommittee of the Committee on the Scientific
Investigation of Claims of the Paranormal. He has been described as
"(Phillip) Klass' right hand man." His Air Force career and position at
NASA's Johnson Manned Spacecraft Center in Houston aside, the close
relationship with CSCIOP establishes his position re. UFO.
Also mentioned as being an anomalous object on a different portion of the
same NASA tape, is the so called "domed disk", which supposedly appeared
under digital video enhancement. If this is a truly anomalous object showing
structure, why has this part of the tape not been center stage? Perhaps
speculation about 'space wars' is more entertaining than mere existence of
anomalous objects in near earth space?
We believe that speculation about 'interplanetary wars' or SDI technology
being brought to bear on 'aliens,' is harmful and futile. There is no frame
of reference to judge the true velocities or object sizes in the NASA tape,
much less any information which can support such speculations. We think that
speculation, of which there is a great deal in the UFO literature and press,
diverts attention into areas which do nothing to advance understanding of the
phenomena.
It is not wrong to speculate (or better to hypothesize and then test the
hypothesis.) What is wrong, is to present speculations as fact. The UFO
literature is abounds with unverified, unprovable assertions accepted and
promulgated as fact. Many UFO books are primarily composed of previously
published material rehashed. Hence the speculations of others are
perpetuated as "fact."
In this case, such a rush of people hungry for any UFO event has produced a
storm of wide-ranging discussion and controversy in which this tape is now
mired. It's value as documentation (or "proof", if you like) has been
reduced to virtually nothing; it has become a non-event.
Interested people, in these latter days of UFO popularity, rush onto any
apparently interesting case en masse. Reports of "investigators" and the
merely interested overrunning supposed "landing sites" and persons brave
enough to report a close encounter, spark little concern or comment. Many
good cases are damaged in this manner. It seems that this kind of thing
happens in many "good" UFO cases; those in which there is valuable factual
information to be had.
The tape does, however, remain interesting, and should be investigated and
whatever provable information which can be developed from it be carefully
documented.

ROBERT'S STORY
 
 
Robeert _____ ______, a young man in his early 20's came to work at my shop
as a temporary help during the 2nd week of October 1986. The first day at
work, he approached me asking about my interest in the UFO phenomenon.
Then he smiled, paused, and waited for my reaction. I told him that I was
interested, particularly in the crash/recovery of saucers and bodies of
occupants. That I was secondly interested in the rumors pertaining to an
"alien" and intelligence group alliance set up years ago.
He then told me he would reveal something to me pertaining to my second
interest as mentioned above. He told me the following (condensed by me):
1. He was in the military headquartered with the 4th Engineering Group at
Fort Carson, Colorado. Just got out 2 months prior to the date of telling
me this.
2. He showed me a military I.D. card from Fort Carson and another with a
strange checker board design on it.
3. He said he had a Super Top Secret clearance and worked as a laboratory
assistant in southwestern Colorado associated with the Delta Group out of
Fort Carson.
4. He witnessed cryogenic experimentation going on with human beings.
This experimentation was conducted by both "aliens" and some Super Secret
intelligence group.
5. "Some high ranking military and scientific personnel were taken down to
cryogenic temperatures through a process of draining their blood and
pumping a chemical mixtur into the circulatory system to prevent cell
destruction during the freezing and thawing periods." "The "aliens" were
the only ones who knew the mixture formula and the gradual thawing process.
They at first refused to give the formula and process to the scientific
team, and threatened to leave the above mentioned personnel in that
cryogenic state forever unless the scientists cooperated on some certain
issues."
6. He also told me about some "alien" technics concerning time travel,
Dimensional travel, related to unified field physics.
After revealing these seemingly fantastic things to me over a 3 week period
of time he quit the temporary fob here. I finally found out that his
father Robert _________ Sr. (Robert used to be Robert _________ Jr.
before his father and mother divorced and he took the name of his mothers
second husband, ______.) worked with me in the metal finishing department.
The following was told to me by Robert _________ Sr. on Dec 16, 1986:
"On the evening of Wednesday, Dec. 3, 1986, my son Robert ______ called me
via the telephone (he hadn't been home for over a week) he soundeed as if
he were scared to death. He said I have to go back to Colorado immediatly.
I asked why. He said, The bounty hunters found me and told me that I had
to go back with them to the base in Colorado because I know to much. I
asked if there were any way he could beat them and get out of it? Robert
stated, They said there is no way out. In fact the chief bounty hunter
confronted me face to face.
Evidently Robert Jr. tried to beat the bounty hunters. His alleged body
was found in room #5 of the Walls Motel in Long Beach, California, with a
gun in his hand and a bullet hole through his head. Drugs were found in
the room, but not in his body. (he was not the drug type).
The Long Beach Police Dept. investigated the case which ended very
abruptly with no explanation. When I asked them why the case was closed so
quickly, they snapped back, Its none of your business. The final autopsy
report stated that the death was a drug related suicide.
I was not allowed to see the body for one solid week. I would call the
police, they would say the body was at the funeral parlor. The funeral
parlor would say we don't have the body. This went on back and forth for
that one solid week. (Dec. 5th - Dec. 12th, 1986) When I was finally
allowed to view the body, I immediatly could tell it was not him!! This
body, alleged to be Robert ______, was about 20 Lbs heavier and about 3 to
4 inches shorter than my son. That was not Robert even tho the basic
facial feature's were his.
One very significant thing that Robert stated to me before his alleged
death was, Dad, they are comming to take me away. I will give you a code
name ______________ (only Robert and his father know that code name). If
you receive a letter, telephone call, or by messenger, sometime in the
future, this code name, you will know that I am alive. They need me for my
special DNA, that is why I have to go back.
Robert has special Occult Powers and has an interest in witch craft. he
says all of this UFO stuff is directly related to witch craft and the
occult.
In February - April 1987 both Robert _________ Sr. and myself were under
surveillance by what we considered an agent from the cover-up group. He
went by the name of John Chunn. We finally confronted him face to face
concerning all of this. Needless to say he quit work that day and never
came back. Robert Sr. has been harassed several times by an individual
who wanted Robert Sr. to go to the 4 corners area with him . On April 16,
1987, he said he would reunite him with his son. _________ backed out the
last minute.
Later Robert Sr. was picked up by the police for no reason at all and held
for one week. When he hot back home he found out that his place had been
ransacked.
On Nov. 9, 1987, a person riding a motercycle and dressed like a biker
approached _________ identifying himsself as Lt. eed or Reade and claimed
that he had a Top Secret clearance and had access to the files pertaining
to the projects that his son was still involved in. He said that he would
place _________ in touch with Robert ______ and said he was working in an
underground base. He said you cannot find this base on any maps or in any
military directories.

have made very few editorial changes, most of them because I didn't understand
what Bill was getting at. I will leave a number with you where I can be

3 nights ago a friend of mine who was formerly with the SDI program at Los
Alamos came over to chat. 3 of his friends who were still at LANL had driven
to Las Vegas 2 weeks ago to see him. They handed him the enclosed paper
titled Notes from WX and explained that the space based SDI research had been
totally dropped and that now they were working on the earth penetrator. The
purpose of their visit to my friend was to find out what was going on as they
didn't believe the cover excuse of the Russian underground facilities. My
friend spent 4 days carefully briefing the group on some of my research and
ideas. The group went back to LANL did some chicking and decided that I was
probably correct. They found a lot of things that substantiated my ideas.
They also found the YY-II complex. The 3 were MIT graduates, highly motivated
for duty, honor, country and were shocked to find out that most everything had
been a charade. They made the statement that they felt they had been on KP for
the last 6 years. They fel t deceived. I thought you might find the enclosed
piece of paper i nteresting in view of the current newspaper stories about
SDI.
Also enclosed is an anonymous letter reportedly written by a gentleman
involved with the Alpha teams. The correct name may be 'Plato'.
Also a copy of a magazine article about me (which I hope doesn't bore you to
death).

There may be a grain of truth in some of the ridiculous things.
